Maybe have it be about the adventures of the First Doctor (in other words, he had other adventures before he went to Coal Hill with Susan Foreman). You see every other Doctor that came after (before?) him in him and you would get a glimpse of what the first Doctor would later become.

Trying to go for a Platinum in Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit and I want to smash the game with a hammer. The handling of the cars suck, the other cars in the game and their AI really sucks, and there's a lot of rubberbanding AI in the races.

I can confirm this to be true. When I did Flawless Striker trophy, the first few tries I had people I did the Devils' Lair strike with dying on me and at the end no trophy. Then I did the run without anyone dying and *ding* trophy. So I guess the thing to hope for is for Bungie to raise the level cap by introducing more gear that goes above lvl30. Then whenever anyone does the Vault of Glass, they can cakewalk through it.

Freakin' FINALLY. This may make the grind towards a Platinum more tolerable. Although completing a raid without any dying will be impossible. Crap, every time I think I am out, something pulls me back in...

Yeah, I didn't really need reviews to confirm my Shadow of Mordor purchase next Tuesday along with Persona 4 Ultimax & Pier Solar HD.

I'm there on Shadow of Mordor, The Evil Within, Bayonetta 2, and surprisingly Dragon Age Inquisition. I'm also there on AC Unity & Far Cry 4 but that will be around Black Friday. EDIT: And against my better judgment, DriveClub but after I hear from other players/read reviews.

That's a legit gripe. I hate the present-day stuff as well. I can't even fathom why it's still included. There can't be more than 5 people on the entire planet that think that stuff adds to the games. *raises hand* I liked how similar Assassin's Creed Brotherhood modern day section is to the main game.

For the first time in my life, I traded in a game to Gamestop and it is Destiny. It may have been against my better judgment to do so, but it's for the best. I'll pick it back up later whenever Activision/Bungie get done counting the money and realize that 'oh shit, we have a HUGE problem right now.' I'll just keep an eye on this thread but not comment anymore on it -- I think I have long since beat that drum about my dissatisfaction. Those who enjoy it, hey have fun.

The Queen's Bounties are a joke unless you are under lvl20. The only weapons available to trade in are rare weapons (which this game seems to have plenty of rare weapons, so....they aren't really rare?) and you can do a Kill Order to replay a mission at lvl24. For people above the level cap, this is small potatoes. You get legendary items like armor shaders, cloaks, etc. but no legendary armor or weapons.

Beat the main story. I liked the final boss/level a lot (the music for that section is incredible) and the ending is I would keep this to earn a Platinum, but it would require me having to earn Titan & Warlock subclass mastery. Ugh.

If Bungie is going to hotfix that and not give players better loot (which is why people were doing it in the first place), then their game is beyond hope. No amount of marketing and name cred will save them at this point. The frequency of loot drops doesn't bother me because if everyone has special gear, it isn't special anymore. If this game had a player-run economy, it would already be fucked thanks to item glitching. The problem with this game is the stranglehold it has on Glimmer. Every enemy you kill should drop Glimmer even if it is one or two units. Having only certain enemies drop glimmer or having to item farm or complete bounties to get it is bullshit especially since Glimmer isn't just used solely as currency. That too. The amount of Glimmer drops as well is ridiculous. This is our future: video game design by committee.

Saw Time Heist and the story was one of the better ones although a lot of the elements of it are confusing and degrades it. It felt like a bad Matt Smith episode. Can't wait for Steven Moffat to leave -- maybe the stories will get better and be worthy of Peter Capaldi's acting caliber.

I think people complain too much about the loot drops, Bungie may go the other way and shower you with great loot which will basically break the game. There has to be a balance between the two. Obviously, people are seeking out exploits, glitches and farming because something in the game is not rewarding in the manner that they want. They don't want to spend almost every hour playing this -- they want to get something out of it. Still, once you get past lvl20 and start getting equipment with light, the story missions become ridiculously easy.

With Arkham Asylum combat and Assassin's Creed parkour. You'll probably have to find some flags or Gollum's Challenges.

So Bungie is 'fixing' the farming spot on Russia too? It's like they are hell-bent on anyone getting a relative advantage over anyone else or making the story missions/strikes/raids easier with this game. Farming is not cheating. Hey Bungie: GIVE BETTER LOOT DROPS if you don't want people to farm spots or abuse glitches!

Agreed. It's like Bungie spent more time putting together the lore and trying to make it a loot-based Halo gameplay than crafting a great storyline. And I don't mean for a slightly bored and sarcastic Peter Dinklage telling you what's going on to constitute a 'story.'

I reached lvl21 with better gear -- now I got to find legendary/exotic weapons. Oh yeah, I forgot story missions? I'll just waltz through everything. Also during the weekends (so far) Salvage matches will take place -- trophy nuts like me will have this weekend to work on that.

I'm over the level cap (lvl20) and I still got the rest of the game's story to play! The comic perfectly describes my experience with Destiny -- the drops in this game freakin' suck. I've noticed there are fewer players I'm finding in the main game online as a result and in Crucible as well. I say 'phooey' to you Bladedancers. You aren't Michael Flatley.
