  1. On what grounds would the Bucks have for suing Punk? It's been 9 months since Brawl Out and this the first time I've ever seen that suggested
  2. I'll always remember this from Hardcore Justice 2012 with AJ getting no height and eating shit straight into his face:
  3. https://wrestletalk.com/news/shingo-takagi-sting-carried-match-forbidden-door/ "One thing about that event was that Tanahashi and Okada had title matches, Ishii would have had a title match but for injury. I was running hard as IWGP World Champion for most of last year and I think people shouldn’t forget that. If I go over there again I should be in the title picture, I should be a main event guy there."
  4. I think the most shocking thing was that Borne was still doing the Whoopie Cushion off the top rope right before he died Kind of a shame more indies didn't use him - looks like he had a couple matches with Jimmy Jacobs including a Ladder Match (!) If Mike Graham of all people is getting a career re-evaluation, I think Borne definitely deserves one
  5. He should bring Homicide to the ring with him Punk/Homicide vs. Joe/Kojima would be fun
  6. Episode flowed better than usual, which I credit to the new behind-the-scenes crew Jericho 6-man was good Was not expecting the extreme height difference between Danielson and Okada
  7. Can't mention Punk and Kojima in the same sentence without bringing up the Gabe story
  8. Shingo openly complained about being wasted in a 6-man last year, so I doubt he flies over for that again
  9. Shingo vs. Punk would be bonkers, but I don't see Shingo taking that loss Cobb vs. Punk is more realistic
  10. Had no idea Borne was so influential to Mick Foley Cagematch says they only wrestled one-on-one once, and I'll have to try and track that down 2/19/1995 Cactus Jack vs. Doink The Clown - No Contest (18:46) PCW - Event @ Packard Music Hall in Warren, Ohio, USA
  11. On the YouTube app last night I got an unskippable ad for an anti-trans "documentary" produced by Epoch, that is very clearly paid actors pushing a whole lot of hatred EDIT: this bullshit
  12. His comeback match against Orlando Jordan was laid out perfectly, but Warrior hurt his leg training with RVD and he had to gimp through the whole 20-minute thing. IIRC RVD was actually having him do flying shit off the ropes in training, which...you don't want to start doing that when you're 49 like Warrior was at the time. Makes me wonder if wrestlers are going to be competitive for longer now that a bunch of 50+ year olds like Rob Van Dam are into stem cells. Seems like only guys with money in the bank like RVD/Nash/Mysterio are able to afford them at this point.
  13. Rush is having visa issues and can't get into the country
  14. Joe/KENTA/Bullet Club Gold and The Elite form The Alliance to End Punkamania, with Colt playing The Taskmaster
  15. The crowd was very, very generous in not turning on Wardlow-Luchasaurus - both men looked absolutely terrible tonight In any other city without a Punk match to look forward to, that turns into a Big Show-Batista situation real quick
  16. That sure was a long episode of Rampage Main event was good, Buddy-Andrade was good, Miro's good Everything else was just kinda there. Kevin Kelly obviously hasn't watched AEW before and was giving me Mike Adamle vibes early on, but he got it together by the end of the show.
  17. lmao Tony implemented the WCW Saturday Night spaceship door into the entrance
