  1. The write up for this on SC was great.
  2. TBF, wasn’t he was given promo time after that insult and got flustered after he said he was the best inside the three sides of the ring?
  3. Supposedly Ghost Rider will at least make a cameo, which makes sense of Nightmare turns out to a villain.
  4. Call me crazy, but a broken down 43yr old wrestler should be used to put over other wrestlers.
  5. I think Woody Harrelson is more than capable of pulling off good camp. We don’t know where alt-Gamora went, and I’m not sure how she would even be able to return to her own timeline once Thanos was defeated.
  6. The cool thing about Multiverses is that they’ll fit pretty much any continuity you have and you don’t have to worry about them. Unless you’re DC, and you establish that Batman ‘89 and the DCEU Flash are part of the same Multiverse as the Arrowverse, and then the Arrowverse goes through a crisis that destroys the Multiverse leaving only the Arrowverse behind, which means fans now have to consider which DC multiverse certain shows/movies fit into.
  7. I still need to see the first one I suppose.
  8. I wasn’t really digging the Mirrorverse stuff pre-COVID, and I think I agree that Crisis probably ends up being the beginning of the end of things.
  9. Rutherford Falls is pretty good. I definitely think you can tell it’s a Mike Schur show, and I’m curious if he has an endgame like he did with The Good Place.
  10. “Every meta in town will know what you did for us...” I mean, if precedent would have been set by ruling that she had to take the cure, then isn’t, by the same logic, precedent being set that instead of maybe getting 18 months in jail, metas can get life without parole? This is stupid. Also, why the fuck were Caitlin, Allegra, and Cisco not arrested for hacking GCPD and destroying the cure?
  11. Fuck, I hadn’t even gotten to the sentencing yet when I posted that. This was very stupid.
  12. I would like the Flash to move away from trying to deal with the legal issues involved with superheroing because they’re doing a shitty job. You’ve got a bunch of superheroes willing to break the law because one of them is actually willing to be held accountable for their crimes. You’ve got people tossing up their hands and saying “Oh well” over a trial judge potentially ruling that Frost had to take the cure, as if that shit wouldn’t be appealed and stayed immediately. Or acting like a trial judge ruling would create precedent. Or Cecile saying she had to go look at some case law books in her office. And my favorite was Iris telling the Speed Force they couldn’t just steal people and test them against their will when they have (had?) a bunch of essentially kidnapped metas being indefinitely held against their will at Star Labs.
  13. I am curious to see whether this will be its own thing, or if this is going to serve as the direct bridge between Clone Wars and Rebels. Plus, I wouldn’t mind seeing the 99s deal with Hondo.
  14. I agree with most of @TheVileOne’s thoughts, but I actually really liked it. It felt like a continuation of Clone Wars, which I mean as a complement.
  15. I’m wondering if the movies in the video Marvel released today is all of Phase 4, and if so, does that mean F4 is the finale, so to speak.
  16. No way Dan Fielding survived the Me Too movement.
  17. Swap Swap your #2 & #3, and you’ve got my list, but honestly I’m a fan of the MCU. I am. I celebrate the entire catalogue.
  18. This isn’t comics Sharon, so saying “Sharon wouldn’t do this...” doesn’t hold much water as far as the MCU Sharon goes. She clearly will go against the government if she feels like it, and it’s not unrealistic for a fugitive government secret agent to use their skills for profit, especially during a period of time of general chaos when half the world disappears. She appeared skeptical that Sam was going to be able to get her a pardon, but helping him at that point was low risk/high reward, especially as it would keep him off her scent as the Power Broker. As for Karli, my biggest problem is that her general plan/goal seemed largely undefined. What was she trying to accomplish? It’s clear that she felt the refugees weren’t being treated well and that the world was better with 50% less people, but what was she doing about it by blowing up a building and preventing a vote? None of that would end the refugee problem, there would still be the same number of people as before the blip. So far the heroes actions post-blip are making a pretty strong argument for the Sokovia Accords. You’ve got Wanda inadvertently mind-controlling thousands of people, Bucky instigating a prison riot to break out one of the world’s most dangerous criminals who also assassinated a world leader, Walker straight up murdering a dude in a public square, and the Avengers trying out time travel untested with the working theory that they’re creating new universes by doing so. It wouldn’t surprise me if whatever program Elaine is cooking up is someone in response to all of this type of stuff.
