  1. Am I the only one who thought that was a Black Panther figure at first glance while scrolling through?
  2. I’m intrigued. Is there more to this theory or is it just a hunch? How do the other Loki’s play into it? We have two episodes left, and we haven’t seen this President Loki from the trailer yet: Looking at this now, my hunch is that he’s declared himself President of whatever barren wasteland outside of time our Loki was sent to.
  3. It seems, based on plan to get to the Timekeepers, they were just a distraction, but given the “Oh shit! reaction of the TVA, they definitely appeared to gloss over the resolution of it.
  4. So with the Timekeepers, it’s most likely: A) They exist and they’re pulling a Wizard of Oz deal with the Rock-afire Explosion rejects; B) They existed but at some point in time they were defeated by someone who kept up the appearance to further their goals; or C) They never existed, but someone created the myth in an effort to prune the timeline to make sure a certain outcome occurred. My guess is B, with the likely suspect being the devil’s favorite time traveller, Kang, being aided by Renslayer. I don’t think we’ll see Kang unless it’s in a credits scene after the finale, but I do think we could hear his name mentioned before then. It could also be another Loki behind it, but I feel like that’s less likely at this point.
  5. I kind of want an Exiles Disney+ show to pop up after this episode.
  6. This was a great episode. Old Man Loki at the end was unexpected.
  7. I think Balor has to be called up soon, otherwise he’s a target for Nick Khan with the presumed size of his contract combined with barely being used by the company.
  8. Not just the kick, but then Mercedes practically DDTing herself while knocked out and falling down couldn’t have helped either.
  9. I think I’m most excited (or perhaps intrigued is a better word) to see what they do with Taskmaster. I’ve always liked him, but honestly his ceiling is probably as another MCU Batroc level recurring bad guy or member of a team on a Disney+ show.
  10. AxB’s post caused me to completely blank out for like ten minutes on the name Kang.
  11. Dammit, I mean yes, kinda sorta when he was unmasked?
  12. Ok, that middle one does resemble Kane’s head more than I first thought. I’ll still be surprised if that’s who it turns out to be.
  13. I think I agree about them needing to pay it off, or at least hint at it more, in this episode, but then again the other likely option is the TVA showing up and apprehending them in the nick of time. That also seems less than satisfying, as it would be easier to let them just perish in the apocalypse on Lamentis-1, unless they need proof they’re dead.
  14. That toy doesn’t even have underpants, so clearly it isn’t FFF.
  15. I was responding to it not being a bottle episode due to the budget/effects, but this an absolutely fair point (although they’re on a moon, not a planet). That said, given the show’s possible setting during all known time throughout the entire universe, them being trapped on one moon for a brief period of time, serving mainly as character development, if it’s not a bottle episode, it’s relatively the same thing serving the same plot purpose.
  16. Omega’s going to show up in the Book of Fett now isn’t she?
  17. He was also in one of the X-Men fighting games, wasn’t he?
  18. It works, she’s a refugee/escaped variant from a divergent timeline pruned by the TVA. That’s true whether she is a Loki or not. If she is a Loki, being/presenting female is presumably what caused her timeline to be divergent, just like the Loki they showed who stayed Frost Giant blue.
  19. I originally spoilered it because I hadn’t seen confirmation that’s who it was yet, and since it isn’t obvious from the trailer, I thought some people might want to avoid it. That said, I saw some speculation that it looked like Wong fighting him, but some people also thought one of the Eternals was also wrong so, :shrugs:.
  20. Spoiler is in regards to a scene from the trailer.
  21. I thought this week’s Legends was great, but yeah, I think Behrad is easily the worst character. I’m finally catching up on Superman and Lois (I think I have this week’s and next week’s to go), and it feels like it is hitting its stride. My only quibble is that the evil Kryptonian Invasion angle seems played out.
  22. I understand it’s origins as a cost-cutting move, but I don’t tend to think of that as the defining feature of a bottle episode as much as an episode featuring character development while characters are stuck in one location for the episode.
  23. That’s one reason I love the show, with the two Lokis you know they’re trying to one up each other to come out on top, so figuring out who is playing the longest game is fun. The TVA definitely seems like it isn’t what it seems, but I’m not sure exactly in which way. At this point, I half expect Miss Minutes to somehow be behind things. It really doesn’t feel like we’re already halfway through the show. I can see things wrapping up relatively quickly, so between that and it obviously leading into future MCU stuff in someway, I can already see people being disappointed.
  24. I’m also torn between thinking that the destroyed TemPad was just an illusion and that most of the episode was happening in Loki’s mind after Sylvie enchanted him.
  25. I can’t remember if someone here mentioned it or not, but I think I may subscribe to Renslayer’s “other agent” being another Mobius/variant.
