  1. Blocks as announced on this week's episode of Shotgun: Holy shit, give me every single match of that A-Block!
  2. The final line-up for this year's wXw World Tag Team League looks pretty awesome: Lucha Bros. (Fenix & Pentagon Jr.) Ringkampf (WALTER & Timothy Thatcher) Team SPLX (Jeff Cobb & Angelico) CCK (Chris Brookes & Jonathan Gresham) Okami (Daichi Hashimoto & Hideyoshi Kamitani) Aussie Open (Mark Davis & Kyle Fletcher) Monster Consulting (Avalanche & Julian Nero) Jay-FK (Jay Skillet & Francis Kaspin) So many potentially great match-ups there. Happeing on the same weekend is also the Femmes Fatales Tournament with Meiko Satomura, Toni Storm, Lufisto, Kris Wolf, Killer Kelly, Session Moth Martina, Millie KcKenzie, Wesna, Audrey Bride and Melanie Gray. Also there: This guy! (pointing at myself)
  3. Watch Timothy Thatcher & Chris Brookes vs. the Anti-Fun Police from PROGRESS Frankfurt this past Sunday, when it comes out on VOD. There's no better man to come to the defense of fun than Timothy Thatcher, I can tell you that.
  4. Wow, I lucked out. That drop isn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Those tiebreakers, though...
  5. Yeah, but the fact that it took them this long to debut him at all and it was only for this worries me. I always thought they had bigger plans for him, because they didn't use him as a JTTS right away like the other guys I mentioned. There's even a guy posting right after me, saying he got TOO MUCH offense, *sigh*.
  6. Been waiting for this debut for the last 18 months, this is not quite how I imagined it to go down. I hope he doesn't get turned into one of those guys like Aichner and Mendoza, who only get to show up every few months or so only to make someone else look good.
  7. God damnit, just let me enjoy these last few "Happytime Murder"-less weeks.
  8. When you realize you completely left Christopher Robin off of your RT list.
  9. This would be a lot nicer, if I didn't know those goddamn puppets will be the death of me in a couple of weeks.
  10. WALTER vs. Mike Bailey Only online for a few hours.
  11. Insane Line-Up. I'm praying for WALTER vs. Shingo Takagi personally. I'm surprised by Travis Banks being in, though. PWG definitely was one of the promotions that were not allowed to use WWE UK talent. They stopped using Pete Dunne, when the first UKCT happened and haven't used any WWE UK guys since.
  12. Since they never seem to mention it, what are they actually going to air from those shows? I doubt the first round matches from the Download festival are going to air, are they? Are the main two shows going to bei aired in full?
  13. Hahaha, what a moron. *checks list*
  14. Are you sure it's Tucker Knight that was announced and not Tucker, the Irish wrestler who was in the UKCT? He's competing on the current UK tour.
  15. Alright, let's do this. No way I'm skipping out on this, even though I feel every year I have less of an idea of what I'm doing than the year before. Box Office: 1. Avengers: Infinity War 2. Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom 3. Solo: A Star Wars Story 4. Deadpool 2 5. The Incredibles 2 6. Ant-Man and the Wasp 7. Mission: Impossible - Fallout 8. Ocean's 8 9. Skyscraper 10. The Equalizer 2 11. Christopher Robin 12. The Meg 13. Overboard 14. Action Point 15. Superfly Rotten Tomatoes: 1. Avengers: Infinity War 2. The Incredibles 2 3. Mission: Impossible - Fallout 4. The Happytime Murders 5. Deadpool 2 6. Ant-Man and the Wasp 7. Ocean's 8 8. The Equalizer 2 9. Sicario: Day of the Soldado 10. Skyscraper 11. Overboard 12. The Meg 13. The First Purge 14. Life of the Party 15. Action Point Tie Breaker: Mission: Impossible - Fallout ($190 Million)
  16. They announced pretty much the remainder of the field on the last two episodes of Shotgun, so the tournament is looking like this now (last four are the new announcements): Matt Sydal Matt Riddle Jurn Simmons Jonah Rock Avalanche Keith Lee Travis Banks Chris Brookes Mark Haskins David Starr Da Mack Absolute Andy Timothy Thatcher Alexander James Last two spots will be determined in a qualifying match between Ivan Kiev and Lucky Kid and a qualifying tournament at the end of February. Also WALTER will challenge Bad Bones for the wXw Championship in the main event of Night 2. I would expect either Marius Al-Ani or Mike Bailey to win the qualifying tournament, very surprised that either one of them won't be in the tournament. I was also hoping for one last big announcement at the end there (possibly a Puro guy, since they had Kanemoto last year), but can't complain. Still a pretty damn good field.
  17. They are doing live commentary for their bigger shows. It's probably not feasible to fly Alan in for that every time. He still does commentary on Shotgun I believe.
  18. I don't know why it took me twelve years, but I'm finally going this year for the first time. To overcompensate I already bought tickets for 8 of the 10 scheduled events that weekend. I was holding out hope for Keith Lee from the beginning, very sad that it comes at the expense of Jeff Cobb, but as it stands the line-up still looks pretty awesome.
  19. Damn it! The closest I've ever come to a prize in this game. Stupid tiebreaker. Well, at least that's one less DVD you'll have to send overseas.
  20. And there it is: The Emoji Movie ist at 0% with 17 reviews so far.
  21. I don't know, man. Critically I agree, but box office I'm not so sure. Probably have it a bit too low, though.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (May 26) 6. War for the Planet of the Apes (Jul 14) 7. Cars 3 (Jun 16) 8. The Mummy (Jun 9) 9. Alien: Covenant (May 19) 10. Baby Driver (Jun 28) 2. Dunkirk (Jul 21) 3. War for the Planet of the Apes (Jul 14) 4. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (May 5) 5. Spider-Man: Homecoming (Jul 7) 6. Alien: Covenant (May 19) 7. Despicable Me 3 (Jun 30) 8. King Arthur: Legend of the Sword (May 12) 9. Atomic Blonde (Jul 28) 10. Baywatch (May 24) 11. Cars 3 (Jun 16) 12. The Emoji Movie (Jul 28) 13. Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (May 26) 14. Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets (Jul 21) 15. Transformers: The Last Knight (Jun 23) Tiebreaker: Cars 3: $180,000,000
