Yeah, it was awesome. Sabu's first dive did nothing, so he got on his feet, said "fuck it," and did a standing moonsault backward onto the table that STILL didn't work. Then the third dive at least collapsed the thing. Man, it was so great. The whole RAW was very good, actually, like it might place top fifty for best RAWs ever for me if I made a list.

In one pre-match segment: Big E called out Amber Rose calling out Kanye for his sexual proclivities, and Kofi started crooking his finger like he was massaging an imaginary prostate A kid in a Bullet Club shirt did the Big E nasty dance and Kofi threatened to still fight said kid "out of love." Xavier Woods called out Reigns/Ambrose slash fic writers So yeah, I think we've hit Peak New Day, folks. I don't know how it gets better from here.

Yep, which I would not call a good match, but which I would definitely call a fun spectacle. I highly enjoyed it. I have seen them wrestle in ECW too, and I recall that being quite fun. They strike me as a good pairing.

Owen/HHH/Goldust triple threat on RAW 6/23/97 is at first re-watch one of my favorite triple threats ever. So much was going on in the match with little dead time and the outside interference actually enhanced the match. The interference/distraction spots were well-laid out and Chyna randomly hurricanrana'd Goldust and shit. It was pretty sweet. I usually don't like triple threats, but this one was really quite fun.

XCOM 2 reviews sound great. I want it, but I should probably finish Enemy Unknown first.

Which is the best account on Youtube or DailyMotion for putting up recent CMLL? Does anyone have an account that s/he uses for that purpose?

I wish that I liked LU. I am fully aware that I'm missing out, but after having finally finished the first season, it doesn't connect for me on any level. Though from a pure physically aesthetic standpoint, I could watch Prince Puma/Ricochet do cool dives all day.

Creepy guy who is oversexed by anything involving women accuses everyone else of being creepy. It's just you, bud. Well, you and Cibernetico. -
One of my favorite ones yet. Bad OJ Simpson jokes, Becky and Big E with their increasingly ridiculous clapping in the background, the referee just jumping in to yell what's going on in the game each time someone does anything...hilarious.

Trish doesn't have a better brawl than Charlotte/Sasha on NXT TV 7/15/15 IMO, and I have seen those Victoria street fights. I'd put the second match Charlotte had for the title against Nikki Bella, that 7/15/15 Sasha match, and the four-way from TakeOver: Rival up against any three matches Trish has ever had in her career, and I enjoyed the Mickie James match and Lita matches (which I assume are the first three matches that would come to mind for a typical Trish fan) for the spectacle, as well as Trish's heel work against Lita in general. -
IIRC, Crews beat Corbin in their Midwestern run last week. I think they're just having those guys trade wins on house shows, nothing more or less. If Crews drops the fall to Samson at Takeover: Dallas, then I might change my opinion. For me, Corbin is kinda like Tyler Breeze in that I think he should get a NXT Championship run, but instead he's being marginalized as the guy to drop falls to the tippy-top dudes in the promotion. Sucks.

Nikki Bella's 2015 was far better in-ring than any comparable year for Trish, Lita, etc. The woman that was a decade early was Molly Holly, not Trish. Other than her, none of those women compare to the top women on the main roster. Even Charlotte has probably had more good matches than Trish right now in-ring, and I dig Trish as a worker and believe Charlotte has a couple of glaring holes in her game. -

Random thought: One of my favorite things about pro wrestling is a kid urgently yelling "Behind you!" at a face as the heel comes up for a sneak attack. -

Arn is even better as a midcarder. Could do all those things and it meant much more to beat him than it ever did to beat Disco (and I really do like Disco quite a bit). -

With Disco's new leglock submission, he'll be sure to beat Dolph Ziggler. ...if he can remember how to apply it, that is. -

Yeah, Stro is wrong on this one. People were praising Trish as early as 02/03 for improving, and her final heel turn had people pointing out that she was really, really good at it (which she was). On the one hand, yes, because it is Cibernetico, but on the other hand, dat ass. -

I just hate the gimmick. It comes off like a '94 WWF-era gimmick. It has nothing to do with his work, which is inoffensive. -
Tomorrow night, my favorite movie experience of the year happens - my wife and I get to go see the Best Animated Short Oscar nominees in the theatre. We've been doing this since 2011, and the experience is always incredibly fun. Everyone should check and see if a theater near them is playing these and go see them if possible.

This sounds like a Vince Russo idea, and leaning towards the really shitty side of the Russo scale. Congratulations! Well Vince Russo got to write angles for three major promotions if we're counting TNA, so do you know where to send my resume? -
Even so, I think Brooklyn was the right time. They had already lost every time they got close in either a #1 contendership match or in an actual title shot. It was near their hometown and they had another shot at B+M. It was perfect. It still would have worked in London, but at this point, as much as I love those guys, they've had a billion shots and haven't gotten it done, which I think dampens the impact of an eventual win a bit. They went just a bit too far past making me want to see it happen into fatigue.

Nah, Big Dave should go to NXT and tell Baron Corbin that Corbin is right about these vanilla midget indie stars and that he got screwed out of being champion because the idiot fans wanted to root for some indie star midget instead of him, and that instead of wasting their time around NXT, Dave will get Corbin a few movies in Hollywood so he can make some real money...but first, they want to ruin the lives of all the indie stars and their neckbeard fans. Then they should team up and go around powerbombing and End-of-Days-ing all the indie stars in the company for a couple months. -

Batista openly hates on the WWE creative process in interviews, so he'll be back when they let him do whatever he wants to do.
