  1. Bad News Barrett driving through the crowds pre-Raw insulting people would be all the dollars. Then, when they have the Muppets back, he can have those two badasses Statler and Waldorf with him...
  2. I liked Winger whipping Rob Cordry with his clip-on tie. Good times.
  3. Get back into Krav. Got an injury, got married, and lost my edge. I enjoy it too much not to do it. Get the weight under control. I'm 6'3 , and have a thick upper body, but 275 is too heavy. I went from 330 to 245 3 yrs ago, and slowly gained some back. Wanna get down to 225 this yr. Get a promotion at one of the two tv stations i'm at now. Finally send in that app to wwe. Me and the wife wanna conceive this year.
  4. I thought Tyrese was the best part of FOUR BROTHERS. Not that that's all that difficult, but...
  5. I sure as hell was. Championship, baby...
  6. Wow, my man gonzalez trolls IN the trolling thread. It's either brave or suicidal...
  7. To be fair, wasn't there some rumblings of a relationship between Punk & Beadle at some point? I thought I remembered reading something...
  8. I could've seen Saban taking the Houston Texans' job. Good offensive line, committed to running the ball, lots of pieces on defense. Seems like a fit. Good ownership there, too, from what I understand...
  9. i like action figures. I collect the current Mattel WWE line, the Marvel Universe line, and some others. As a child, I used to collect ceramic dogs. I had about 80. My mom has them somewhere. I will say that about a year ago I was going through my basement and found my Bandai pre-buyout first run Power Rangers figs. I got a grand for the lot, including figures and Zords. Good haul. I have tons of sports cards just sitting around. Maybe my kids will like them.
  10. Question: I'm looking forward to participating in my very first MARCH MADNESS this year, and I was thinking about possible entrants today. Do you guys think the Shield will be entered as a unit, or each individual member?
  11. I think everyone who's proclaiming a set opinion on Roman Reigns when he's had maybe 5 singles matches since being called up are jumping the gun. I'm not saying he's good, I'm saying it's WAY too early to render a decision one way or the other. Personally, I think he's the next Batista. He has a fantastic look, is a good athlete, and is clearly the kind of well-spoken muscleman the office likes at the forefront of their dealings. To deny that he's got all the potential in the world is refusing to admit something to yourself about the biases that we all have regarding the type of wrestler we think should be emphasized. I rolled my eyes the other night when skinnyfat CM Punk threatened to knock out Kane, a man 100 lbs and 8 inches his physical superior. If Roman Reigns said that same thing, I'd completely accept that this was not only possible, but likely. The sky is the limit on Roman Reigns, and I could very easily see him anchoring the company in 5 yrs, along w Big E Langston, Daniel Bryan, and others. Having said all that, Ryback has been dreck since he backed off from Cena.
  12. Sutter can eat a dick. The one sympathetic character on this show and she dies in a nasty way.
  13. Also, the NAO coming out dressed like Dumb and Dumber was good times. I want one more run from them, dammit.
  14. I second the love for the Wyatts. That was some fantastic stuff there at the end....
  15. At what point do they finally get the message about Daniel Bryan? I marked out for the Mark Henry suit, and for Swagger, Ziggler, and Del Rio looking like they'd all just split a fat doob right before that ceremony...
  16. I bet there was some prop bet about how long before FSU scored. Could've gotten PAID....
  17. To. Hell. With. Georgia. Go get 'em, Wreck.
  18. I love Bad Boys 2. God help me, I do. And Armageddon. I feel like those movies were so different in tone than Bay's later sins, in that they weren't taking themselves seriously. Also, Affleck seems like he's having a ball in Armageddon. I've heard his commentary track is the stuff of legends...
  19. He says that, but I bet the finish is still "each guy grabs a belt."
  20. I'm not sure when the worm turned on people's opinion of Ryder. I thought he was legit pretty good in ECW, and he had some momentum before Vince & co. decided the low ratings for that 6 man main event he was in w/Bryan & Punk was all his fault and killed his push instantly, but he's never been a bad worker. If anything, he's been very very average in-ring. I don't think he's worse or less-intimidating than Jeff Jarrett was during his first WWE run. I'm higher on Barrett than most, so I won't go so far as to say he's better than him, but there are much less talented guys than Ryder doing a lot more on WWE tv. I've always thought he and Alex Riley would've been a fun babyface tag team. Maybe w/ Mason Ryan as their "slackey."
  21. I don't understand the booking for the last couple months, which seems in direct contrast to everything we've heard about Triple H's goals as he starts taking over. We hear him paying lip service to elevating young guys and gearing up for WWE post-Cena, but then we have main events like the one last night which had Vince's fingerprints all over it. I wouldn't be surprised if Triple H's takeover continues to be delayed as Vince tries in vain to get "his vision" over one more time. But, having said all that, if 2014 gives us more Langston, Usos, Rhodes family resurrections, and most importantly, the rise of Roman Reigns, (my former lab partner in organic chem, by the way. Have I mentioned that? ), I'm all for it. I just hope Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, & Dolph Ziggler aren't overlooked as they raise up these new stars. That would be a real shame, as I think all three still have countless quality main events still in them...
  22. The WWE can ignore the "We Want Bryan" chants if they want, but it's pretty clear Orton is deader than dead at this point.
  23. Let me axe you guys this...when you play franchise mode on madden/ncaa, how much work do you to to your programs to reflect your personal philosophy on sports? IE, I believe in running the ball and playing good defense, so a lot of the times a recruit/draft/sign free agents that enable my team to do that. Am I the only one? Also, when you guys call plays, are you just trying to score as quick and as much as possible, or do you call plays like you would if you were a real coach? Just curious to see if I'm the most obsessive person on here...
