Also, Will Ospreay. I'm not mad at him going at Triple H in that promo. Obviously Triple H is perturbed because any key free agent that hits the market, Tony Khan is paying them more money for less dates. So Hunter took shots at Ospreay over wanting to spend time with his family. It was a bit of a dick move by Hunter. Ospreay has a right to respond.

I'm not sure what that accomplished. I have to correct the person who said "why did Tony fear for his life over that?" because the story goes that Tony/Punk had a separate incident as well.. not just this one that was shown. But back to the footage. I wouldn't say it happened "exactly" the way Punk said. Punk implied in the interview that Jungle Boy "got too close" so he had to choke him or whatever. That didn't happen. Punk waited until Jungle Boy flung his hair back and then attempted to strike him. So does it show Punk is a liar? Maybe.. or at least only telling half truths. But what does it accomplish? Everyone knows Punk is an asshole and will likely exit WWE at some point after having an altercation. This didn't help AEW, Tony or Jungle Boy or anyone..

Bill Simmons knows basketball pretty well I'd say and seems to have a pretty good knowledge of....movies? Probably nothing on Sean Fennessey, though. That's all I got. It hurts to listen to him talk about anything else.

Shoemaker is a case of right place, right time. When I hear him talk about wrestling I would say to myself "there's a handful of guys on DVDVR who have better voices and are way more knowledgeable than this dude..." but it is what it is... I laugh when Simmons brings him on to talk history because he gets so many things wrong or just tries to bullshit his way through.

Just let Phil interview him. Not THAT Phil, our Phil. Put it on The Ringer. It'd be awesome.

By the way, I actually agree with Craig and others that he probably shouldn't air this footage or at least not hype it up for Dynamite. That makes it look like a cheap ratings ploy, it makes them look desperate and in my opinion it takes away from some of the good builds they have going on heading into 'Dynasty.' If you want to correct Punk and get your side out there, Tony could go do a podcast with a friendlier podcaster than Ariel and I'd have no issue with it. If it's not actual footage and a complete troll job that's about the worst case scenario and will backfire big time.

Craig, you said you were putting me on ignore. Why are you still mentioning my name in these threads? I was perfectly fine with you putting me on ignore and burying whatever issue it is that you have with me in the past. Now... if you did put me on ignore and are STILL mentioning my name.... that's sad

WRESTLEMANIA XL - 4/6 & 4/7/2024

Not soon enough. They already showed at the Royal Rumble last year they have amazing chemistry... I'm ready for it. Also, at the presser Triple H said the hardest thing to do in wrestling right now is book a babyface who the fans won't turn on. He gave credit to Cody because he said there's something about Cody that people want to get behind him, likely because he's a great guy and it comes across on TV.. Interesting to see how this run goes. Daniel Bryan following WM XXX was a big bag of dogshit but that's Vince.. -

Night 2 shit all over Night 1 that's for damn sure...... Cody finishes the story!! Match of the Night for me was Bayley finishing HER story against Iyo Sky. Hell of a match! -
I will reserve full judgment for the time being but I think it screams desperation and I'm tired of the Bucks and Punk. All three of them are insanely immature.

You understand I wasn't comparing Jade to Maxxine? I was saying that the fans expect everyone to be great workers. -

You're talking about early Andre. I'm talking about black singlet Andre who could barely move but nobody cared because he was a fucking giant. Those days are done. -

I don't think the Goldberg thing works longterm. Can Jade show up and kick ass and squash people for a while? Sure... but when she's finally met her match whether it's against Bianca or Rhea or whoever, she's going to be expected to do the 15-20 minute main event style... that's just how it works these days. That's what the company will want and that's what fans have been conditioned to expect from all of the wrestling they consume. The days of Andre The Giant special attractions are over because there will be 10,000 people chanting "YOU CAN'T WRESTLE!" Look what happened with Maxxine about a month ago and nobody should EVER give a fuck whether Maxxine can string a couple moves together but apparently they do. -

We were at WrestleMania in New York and I've watched it back, the place was pretty loud. Plus, we were there for seven hours. It was just as cold as tonight was in Philly. Maybe Philly is just soft? -

When people say "Jade looked awesome" I will agree that she has a superstar presence but in-ring she looked lost at times and there really wasn't much required for her to do. I never bought into blaming AEW on where she's at with her wrestling. She had some decent matches with Red Velvet. She can have good matches but she's definitely still green so I'm not sure what's next for her. Maybe a tag team. -

It's not over until we get the turnstile count and then weeks of debate between dirtsheets and podcasters. -

Heading into the second half of the show I was thinking "man... this has been kinda underwhelming" especially Jey Uso vs. Jimmy Uso which I thought had a chance to be a sleeper this weekend... But then we got the Jade, Bianca and Naomi squash which was pretty satisfying albeit I like Damage CTRL.. Sami Zayn getting a HUGE WM moment was great... him and Gunther was peanut butter and jelly. The tag match main event was slow as hell to start but it picked up later on. I expected Rollins to take the L but with Cody taking the L to The Rock I think he's finally finishing his story... -
WRESTLING ON THE INTERNET NOT FROM THE NOW

Does anyone know if the 'Great American Bash' Tour shows from 1986 that were on WWE Network have made it to YouTube? Also, how many of the shows are available to watch?
