I think Cena/Taker was the original plan, because they were building up Dean & Renee for Miz & Maryse at first. I think it was Roman/Brock, then Goldberg was inserted and shuffled the deck.

People initally disliked Roman because Vince chose him over DB. 99% of people probably don't even remember that now though. They've just been doing it so long, that's how it is.

I think you mistake what I meant by chance. Brock and Roman are already fully formed. Taker is a (big) notch in their belt, but they're not relying on one match to make them. With someone like a Wyatt, you're hoping it elevates them into the stratusphere, but it's still just a chance. I'm not advocating one side or the other.

Here's the thing with Taker that I finally realized, though. You're never going to be in that spot unless they're already behind you. Like, you could argue that Roman and Brock are the two guys that needed a win over Taker the least, and that they could make a Wyatt or whatever... but in hindsight, they'd never waste Taker at Wrestlemania on a "chance". People don't like that, but it is what it is.

Somebody on Twitter said she was supposed to be the main character for Horizon Zero Dawn. I haven't played that, but when I googled it, it looks spot on.

Wrestlemania itself needs to just be a festival. Everybody's there for the weekend anyway. Have a two night deal with like 6-7 matches a night, this is just too much to expect people to endure all in one go. Props to Steph for taking that bump, though.

I hadn't played for several days, maybe almost a week. Because the last time I played, none of the models were loading, and it was just floating eyes and teeth. But when I logged on this morning, I didn't lose my check-in streak, so apparently it's just total days, not consecutive.

I don't mind Stark in this movie, simply because that gives Feige leverage to not let Sony Sony it up. (I'm not sure why those are in spoilers, he was in the trailer. I'll put this in spoilers if y'all think it should be, though.)

Well, I'm not too far along yet, so that's probably true. Also, I didn't realize Hogarth was a dude in the comics.

It's weird. I liked it enough to start reading the Immortal Iron Fist. Reading the comic afterwards makes me like the show less. But, if I'd read the comic first, I feel like I may have enjoyed the show more because stuff like Davos and Bride of Nine Spiders would've popped me.

Six episodes in, I enjoy it. If it supposedly gets better, I may end up being the high man around here.
