I wonder if it was best for Donnie Yen to wait to being a star in Hong Kong after Jackie Chan and Jet Li both have basically for the most part left that market outside of an occasional movie. So instead of being 3rd martial arts star he can be top king now.

Has anyone seen The Grandmaster yet? I just got back from it and I thought it was while a very good movie with some good action scenes, the story kind of dragged at places. I kind of preferred Ip Man with Donnie Yen over it.

Terrible news about Matt Grice. Hope he recovers to be able to live a normal life. Emergency brain surgery is serious business, even if he recovers he'll never fight again probably not even able to work his police job anymore.

I believe that Pettis/Grant will take place sometime around January or so is my speculation. With Jones/Teixeira taking place at the Super Bowl card, especially now that the SB card this year is in Jersey right near the SB itself. Probably will do something like Johnson/Benavidez on the TUF Finale card and Faber/Edgar for the FOX December card(FOX card is probably going to be in Sacramento).

Too bad it's not a Universal property otherwise he could leverage his returning for F&F Movies to getting a sequel to it like Vin did with the Riddick movies.

With the completion of the Riddick trilogy where does Vin go for his non F&F films to work on? F&F 7 is getting fast tracked to be out next year but you have to think that part 8 won't be out till at least 2016 so that leaves a lot of down time in his work schedule. Kind of hope he does some more smaller budget movies and even some supporting roles. I thought he was good in Boiler Room and Knockaround Guys.

If the casting news of F&F7 wasn't awesome enough as is, you can add Kurt Russell to the group of actors.

The Rock seemed really slimmed down for Game Plan for a guy who used to be a DT, he looked believable as a QB.

I have a feeling that Harvey's arm is perfectly fine or not nearly as bad as they're trying to make it out to be. That way the Mets can sit him down for the rest of the year without risking him hurting himself for real when the games don't matter without having to deal with an outcry from the fans.

I find it kind of funny the fight that Bellator is using to sell the PPV will be the fight scheduled for the shortest possible length of time of any of the main card bouts. At least Bellator is trying to trailblaze in one department.

If he needs to get TJ surgery they need to determine that now so he can go ahead and get the surgery already instead of waiting till spring training hoping that fairy dust will just automatically fix his elbow/arm. Otherwise they'll have just wasted 6 months for no good reason.

They're not going to have anything worthwhile to headline any of their other cards. Is Tito/Rampage going to be a 3 or 5 rounder? Since I don't think having 4 five round fights on a single PPV leaves much room for any other fights on the card.

Great come from behind win via Grand Slam by Allen Craig today over the Reds. Cards are now officially in first place again without being tied with the Pirates anymore. I know it's only a half game up but being totally in first place feels a lot better then being tied for first.

I thought Into the Darkness was decent enough. Not the greatest ever but still a decent flick in the series.

I think we'll end up getting Vin Diesel vs. Jason Statham and a Dwayne Johnson vs. Tony Jaa fight scenes in the movie. Not sure if Ronda Rousey is playing a good guy or bad guy but I wouldn't be shocked to then see a Ronda vs. Michelle Rodriguez fight scene.
