  1. I wouldn't worry about it. He's still in the process of establishing those two moves (and the lead-up to them). Once he does, he'll never hit them after "winding them up" again. For example: the opponents always reversed the Sweet Chin Music when Shawn Michaels tuned up the band, then he'd hit it out of nowhere a few minutes later. Orton never hits the RKO after his little panic attack thing. That's gonna happen with Reigns too once he establishes those two moves. Why is that supposed to make it better? That just means a whole lot more of Roman Reigns standing in the corner as WWE does their standard trope of zooming in way too far and way too long as a guy makes goofy faces.
  2. Roman Reigns waiting in the corner for his opponent to get up to hit the Superman Punch leading to waiting in the corner for his opponent to get up so he can hit The Spear is not working for me.
  3. Well I guess there's no reason for me to check this one out. I keep wanting to get back into UFC but it never seems to take any time I actually watch UFC.
  4. Oh yeah, we definitely need to bring back the Attitude Era. You betcha. But don't you want to know how much more it could have escalated?? Especially considering they'd gotten to the point where nearly every main event feud had to include someone being thrown off the stage on Raw at some point.
  5. I can watch wrestling in crappy quality, but if you give me the choice I'm going to take the higher VQ, even if it means paying for it. $10 a month is a great price.
  6. I think it would have been a better idea for a Clash than a PPV. Hard to get people to buy a PPV where you essentially advertise that all the babyfaces are going to get screwed.
  7. I think you're really underestimating the "slightly better VQ" part.
  8. Well might as well have locked this topic if no one is going to discuss OTE 99 since apparently that's the only thing about The Network worth talking about anyway.
  9. I can see from this post you might not have considered the idea that it's to humanize them and make them seem like real people.... Well I just looked at the sets so that's probably NOT the point...
  10. I'm pretty frustrated how ever since the announcement of the launch seemingly the #1 thing talked about has been Over The Edge 99. Will they show it? Will they edit it? Really? Why are people so morbidly fascinated by this topic? It's even more annoying to me how many people will rush to watch that as the first thing they do when they get The Network. Fuck all this newly available awesome wrestling in high quality streams, let me rush to see how WWE handled showing Owen Hart's death!
  11. from the observer. At least Carter didn't ask Keith to rehire Hogan and Bischoff. If he was serious about selling, making Dixie a dealbreaker is an odd move. Not surprising though. He's kept the company alive this long SOLELY for her.
  12. Thanks for that one! I would not want Brock Lesnar to throw furniture at me.
  13. I can't believe people are actually advocating hiring Stacy Keibler at what would likely be way too much money simply based on the fact that she is "famous".Why is someone who doesn't watch WWE going to suddenly turn on Raw because they saw "WWE performer Stacy Keibler" under some picture of her being famous for doing nothing in a crappy celebrity magazine? I wonder how many of these same people are shitting on the idea of bringing Batista back, someone who people actually did tune into Raw to see, who has made people come to arenas and buy PPVs before.
  14. My favorite Kurt Angle Lies in an Interview moment, other than all his "Dana White wants me in the UFC and I'm seriously going to do an MMA fight" stuff was him saying he could grow back a full head of hair, he just didn't want to.
  15. They should book an Empty Arena main event for that Raw in Chicago and then toss out everyone chanting CM Punk that week.
  16. CM Punk should show his respect for the boys in the back by coming out on Raw for one final time and allowing every WWE Superstar and Diva come to the ring and apply their finishing maneuver on him all the way down to someone named JoJo that 411mania keeps telling me about and Hornswoggle. Why did I expect my spell check to help me with Hornswoggle?
  17. It's hard to get so excited about a Jeff Jarrett promotion looking at TNA's track record, but his most recent thing was Ring Ka King which I found HIGHLY enjoyable and miss very much so I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. Not sure what talent is really out there though. He should see if he can bring in Barood.
  18. The problem with the whole thing now is that the whole storyline was finding the replacement for John Cena because he was injured. But then he came back. And he never seemed to have any problem with The Authority since his return. And since Cena and Orton already fought AND united the titles, shouldn't that have settled the "face of the WWE" argument?
  19. As someone who hasn't watched in a long time: Is it worth bothering to give the show another chance? I like Magnus and MVP but I'm not sure there's much else that seems interesting.
  20. Worst part of March Madness last year was the ability to change your vote.
  21. It was all down hill after the first season where they'd already put all the cards they had on the table and just kept rehashing them. I dropped out after season 3 and I assume it was just more of the same for how over many seasons they had after that.
  22. Ryback rolling up to a fast food drive thru listening to his own theme music and starting his order with Feed Me More <3
  23. I like how The Outlaws saw Brock coming on Raw and decided "let's just fucking run for it." I think that WWE should do a backstage segment of Brock arriving at the building and midcarders running for their lives as he walks in the door. Zach Ryder can make a cameo as the dude who trips and gets eaten.
  24. I've said just about the only thing that could make me watch TNA is if they'd give Chris Masters a job, and I still stand by that statement.
