Well that chopper is taking off and you have about three rockets to shoot at it. Good luck asshole!!" LOL. Vice City was the first GTA game I ever played (I played GTA3 after that) and I recall the worst was that you still had to go and save manually at your safehouse after a mission. Which sucked if you had very little health left. Step off a curb with, say, 1 health unit left and you'd die and have to do the whole mission over. SUUUUUCKED.

It's actually the normal looking ones you need to watch out for. For example, word is Alex Reilly can't climax unless a kitten is being strangled.

Looking back on GTA4 and its predecessors, it's really hard to figure out how I beat all those games without the "immediately retry mission" option -- and the checkpoints -- that, I think, started in Gay Tony. I can only blame OCD or maybe just a driving desire to beat the game, because dying, reloading, driving all the way to the mission starting point, and doing an entire mission over again every single time feels like something that would cause me to throw the XBox out the window today.

Even when executed perfectly, it's a stupid finish. It's not even a "pancake face bump." Not to get into physics when discussing wrestling because -- holy shit, this is a "sport" where people rebound helplessly when thrown to the ropes -- but come on. All the speed of the move and the force of the guy's body coming down on you is directed at your knees. The head and chest don't move that much, but the opponent's knees hit the mat at high speed. Maybe it should be an elaborate setup for a leglock.

Is this the wrong place to wonder out loud if there will ever be single player DLC for this game? It took about 11 months for The Lost and Damned and it's been longer than that now.

So is New Day some sort of motivational speaker team or just more of the same "wrestling employing black stereotypes" thing? PRAISE THA LAWD and all that? Maybe they can bring back Shelton Benjamin's mama to manage them.

Damn, these writers aren't fucking around as far as burning through plot points go. I thought they'd drag out Eugene's story, with him keeping up the charade, much longer than they did. I'm actually enjoying episodes being divided among the three different stories (Abraham's group, Rick's group and Beth at the hospital) as well. Dwelling on one group could easily become Hershel's Farm all over again. Also, Doctor Mullet killing the walkers with the firehose was dope. Physics be damned because if they have the structural integrity of rotten fruit how can they walk? But still, it looked awesome so fuck it.

I thought of this thread yesterday at the Ravens game. I bought a bottled water and the person who served it to me at the concessions stand immediately opened it and threw the cap in the trash. I told her I needed the cap and she told me they had to throw them away due to "league rules." Can some of the more legally-minded among us please explain why the league might have rules against giving me the bottle cap? All I can think of is that a closed bottle makes a better projectile.

I only watch the PPVs, and sometimes I skip those as well, so I haven't really watched WWE in a bit. Yesterday I watched the two cell matches from this PPV and can someone please tell me when they started ZOOMING IN UPON THE IMPACT OF EVERY FUCKING OFFENSIVE MOVE? And when they're not zooming, they are still moving the cameras around so they're really "floaty." Does the director of the show have ADD? What the hell is going on? This shit is making me develop late onset Epilepsy.

Why watch something you're not the intended audience for, though? That seems like a sure route to misery. I don't watch Teletubbies and then bitch online about its lack of a complex plot.

I was at the outdoor minor league baseball stadium show in Frederick, MD where they tried out the gimmick -- this was when he was fresh from OVW and wearing the horns. Just as he finished his promo, thunder and lightning hit and it started pouring down rain. Pretty great timing but I'll always blame him for ruining the show.
