TheVileOne 2,841 Posted October 4, 2017 Share Posted October 4, 2017 I don't know how, but it seems I was finally able to bust through the second soft level cap. For a while I was stuck on like a 265 level cap. Then it basically became 286-287 for all my drops. now they are dropping slightly higher at like 291. The soft caps on the drops are really annoying though I have to say. I imagine my clan being at Level 5 probably helps with getting some better item drops. Link to post Share on other sites
