M. Emmett Walsh wasn't in it long enough for me to have an impact. But OK yeah, he was 5 stars too. There's two other Missing In Action movies on Max, but I'm not going to spend the last two days of the month watching those. If I have enough time today and tomorrow, maybe.

"....TRY AND WATCH THE SEQUEL." Okay, I will.

Yeah, I will admit that The Boondock Saints is terrible, but it's like watching a car crash. High school aged me would have given it a 5 stars. I may have been too generous with 3 stars but all of that was due to Willem DaFoe.

It honestly whipped by for me, but historical/period dramas seem to be what I love a lot nowadays.

Yeah, Nicole Kidman is simply incredible. I'm planning on seeing The Hours soon before it leaves Criterion Channel. I saw Mickey 17 a few weeks ago and I felt like the whole thing was intent on checking on cliched boxes. I couldn't help but to compare it to Snowpiercer, but it didn't take as many risks as Snowpiercer did. I may get around to watching Eternals at some point. I'm planning on going through the entire MCU in order and doing reviews for them.

I strangely liked Jennifer's Body and it's acidic, sarcastic wit. Megan Fox acts like she's fully aware she's pretty and it plays against that completely.
-

-
I didn't know Nick Cannon did a remake. That sounds terrible.
-
Movies today....didn't watch as much due to work stuff and recording a podcast episode about "Best movies of 2024" with a friend of mine. Hoosiers (Amazon Prime) - 3.5/5 stars Pulse (Criterion Channel, leaving on 3/31) - 4.5/5 stars

Sorry. I'll watch Night of the Living Dead and Dawn of the Dead at some point then revisit Day of the Dead.

Well, this looks better than Red One

Today's the lucky day. You'll have to wait until the end of the day after I try to get through Kiyoshi Kurosawa movies leaving the Criterion Channel.
