  1. Just saw on Twitter that it appears WR Marvin Jones is heading to the Lions
  2. Jaguars signed Chris Ivory and will be releasing Toby Gerhart Giants are expected to sign Janoris Jenkins Colts re-upped Adam Vinatieri for 2 years Washington FC re-upped Colt McCoy 49ers re-upped Ian Williams for 5 years Patriots re-upped LaAdrian Waddle for 2 years Buccaneers are expected to re-up Doug Martin

  5. Jets have released Antonio Cromartie
  6. In fact he tweeted it 3 posts ago Reading is fundamental...just not for me in this instance.
  7. Jared Allen has tweeted that he is retiring.
  8. Last night, the finalists for the 2016 Hall of Fame class were announced. The field has narrowed down to: Morten Andersen Steve Atwater Don Coryell Terrell Davis Tony Dungy Alan Faneca Brett Favre Kevin Greene Marvin Harrison Joe Jacoby Edgerrin James John Lynch Terrell Owens Orlando Pace Kurt Warner SENIOR FINALISTS Ken Stabler Dick Stanfel CONTRIBUTOR FINALIST Eddie DeBartolo, Jr.
  9. Peyton Manning will be going for 10 one-and-done appearances in the playoffs next week.
  10. I disagree. PIT/CIN is the 3rd time they've met this season with the road team winning each matchup. Will Dalton return from injury to start? Can Marvin Lewis FINALLY win his first playoff game in 13 seasons with the Bengals? HOU is 6-2 since their bye week, and in those 6 wins, their defense has been really good (granted, only 1 of those wins was against a playoff team in CIN). Can they hold up against a KC team who's won 9 in a row? I may be nuts, but at this point in the season, I'd say Washington is a better team than Green Bay. I do think Seattle walks all over Minnesota though.
  11. Fantasy Football Championship (standard league) this week for me and I am IN A PICKLE! Who do I start in my W/T flex spot? Jarvis Landry (vs IND) Michael Crabtree (vs SD tomorrow) Allen Hurns (at NO) Rest of my roster: QB: Derek Carr WR: Mike Evans WR: Martavis Bryant RB: Charcandrick West RB: Darren McFadden TE: Greg Olsen W/R: David Johnson W/T: ??? Bench: Teddy Bridgewater Delanie Walker Denard Robinson A.J. Green (don't like his matchup vs. DEN esp. w/ a backup QB) 2 of the 3 aforementioned WRs above
  12. Per Adam Schefter on Twitter: LeSean McCoy has a torn MCL and is week to week.
  13. If Ben plays this week, I could see a close game and the Steelers pulling the upset. This did not happen. I am sad. I was half right, as it was a close game. Ben looked like a guy who hadn't played in a few weeks. Defense kept them in it as long as they could.
  14. If Ben plays this week, I could see a close game and the Steelers pulling the upset.
  15. Patriots/Jets for 1st place in the AFC East. This one should be a tight game.
  16. Wait, a couple good years makes Seattle a marquee franchise?! In the world of ESPN, yes.
  17. Per PFT: Redskins have released David Amerson Eagles may have lost Kiko Alonso for the season after re-injuring his left knee (torn ACL in 2014)

  19. So the AFC East has a 4 way tie for 1st after Week 1.
  20. Also justified my benching the NE defense. Phew. Speaking of them, Big Ben was pissed the Pats didn't get an Unsportsmanlike for the barely legal shift they pulled to draw the Steelers offside when they were on the 1. As long as they didn't cross into the neutral zone during the shift or simulate the cadence themselves (which would have drawn a penalty), what's the issue?
  21. Lions have cut Ryan Broyles Bengals cut Denarius Moore
  22. Per Schefter on Twitter, Letroy Guion of the Packers has been suspended the first 3 games of the season for violating the Substance Abuse Policy
  23. So no Le'Veon Bell, Bryant OR Pouncey on opening night against the Patriots.
  24. Per Schefter on Twitter, Reggie Wayne has signed a 1 year deal with the Patriots
  25. Bernard Pierce cut by the Ravens.
