The Serpent & The Rainbow was criminally underloved. Ending was way too over the top but it wasn't the one Wes wanted. Studio wanted it to make the film open to sequels. There are some guys that the studio should just leave the hell alone so that they can work. Wes was one of those guys. No one will talk about Music Of The Heart on the news aka the non-horror movie that Wes directed just to prove he could work outside of his chosen genre.

They aren't. You will need to play a HoW playlist to get Widow's Court and all of the vehicle maps (Bastion, Skyshock, First Light) are in the Combined Arms playlist rotation. Bungie took First Light, Bastion, and Skyshock out of regular rotation because vehicle combat blows goats. You are probably safer on foot than you are riding on a Pike or piloting an Interceptor. Those maps have been sniper fests since the nerf that weakened vehicle durability following the whining and bitching of shit players that complained about vehicles being overpowered. They are vehicles with superior firepower. You are supposed to get your ass blown off if you try to face one down flatfooted. Fight smart and stay alive. Why Halo players understand this and Destiny players don't escapes me.

Terminator Genesys is the top grossing film this weekend as far as worldwide box office goes. Close to $30 million recorded over the weekend and a little over $400 Mil recorded total. Never call your flop until the last dollar is counted.

As I said in the Wes Craven thread, all of his films had the common thread of either challenging reality or ripping away the veil of security that we fooled ourselves into believing was actual reality. Freddy Krueger and the monsters from They attacked us in our most vulnerable moments (ie. when we were asleep) from the relative safety of their own dimensions. The mutants from The Hills Have Eyes had their own society tucked away snugly right underneath our very noses and we were none the wiser until they decided to reveal themselves to those unfortunate enough to stumble upon their existence. Even the veneer and illusion of quiet suburban life gave way to terror in The People Under The Stairs and Last House on the Left. And who does not love the brilliant parody of Scream and New Nightmare which bends or smashes straight through the fourth wall? Craven will be missed. Not all of his films were critically acclaimed but he proved that horror is not the genre for hacks that industry snobs believe it is. It takes imagination to bring those visions to the screen and it takes mastery of craft to turn them into quality productions.

Nearly all bounties glitch if you die before the medal pops up. I have had victories not count towards my Win 3 Matches bounty because I got d-bag killed before Shaxx called the match. I have gotten one or two Unsporting% points due to that practice.

I don't think there was anything in the recent hotfix notes about the bounty being patched but maybe they submarined it?

It is not the phantom glitch assist that you get for being near a player that scores a kill aka the ones you get bounty credit for but earn no points towards your score. You actually have to see the +50 Assist message and know you scored a legit assist. If you score 10 assists or 10 kills before dying, you meet the bounty criteria and you don't have to do it all in one match. If you get four kills / assists at the end of a match, you have to score six assists or kills before dying in the next match. I have blundered into completing this bounty several times without getting a Relentless medal.

His movies always explored the nature of perceived reality vs actual reality whether it be the dream world vs the material world, buried truths such as the mutants from The Hills Have Eyes, subsumed evil as shown in The People Under The Stairs or Last House On The Left, or fourth wall breaking films like New Nightmare or Scream.

Too many people think that you have to get a Relentless in one match to get the bounty. The descriptor is very deceptive. I have used Thorn to score assists thanks to the DoT and my RF had Grenades and Horseshoes so that would score enough kills to satisfy the bounty. Wasn't on too much over the weekend. Spent some time out and about with my woman and had a great time. I'll be online tonight on parent's crappy internet. PvP and slamming PoE until I get my Lord of Wolves.

Lately my best PvP runs have been in the morning against newbie players and for once I was the beneficiary of lag. As for the Grimoire score discussion, mine is 3445. I enjoy game lore so I actually read the card details as I collect them. Currently watching a lot of swordbearer vids on the Crota raid since apparently the only way to get the Ascension Sword and Crota cards after the last patch is to hold the sword and either kill Crota yourself or be very close to the swordbearer when Crota dies. Ergo, gonna try to be swordbearer during an Easy CE raid.

Assists also count towards the bounty. You don't need a 10+ Kill Streak in a single match. You just have to get 10 kills / assists before you die.
