  1. Joe Buck is just the worst. Why he and Aikman are the A team, I'll never know.
  2. Well, they didn't. They reviewed the play and gave them the TD, but not before Harbaugh made an ass of himself. They also should have had a 15 yard penalty more than once for unsportsmanlike on Boldin and should have never been in that position in the first place.
  3. The refs are trying hard to give SF this game, it's basically pathetic that SF isn't up three scores with how biased the officiating has been.
  4. Great throw after great throw. I think it's becoming obvious which QB in this game is legit, and who is perhaps a good system QB.
  5. Hand off to Tolbert would have been the play there.
  6. I like what the Panthers are doing, it's basically the Seattle game plan. The offense needs to get moving though.
  7. Replay clearly showed it was jersey. Watching on a 12in TV? Also that punk needs to focus on playing the game and stop whining like a baby after every play. He'd fit better in the NBA with how often he looks to the ref.
  8. If we can keep up this intensity, and keep walking the thin line between chippy and dirty, SF is gonna have a long day.
  9. Yeah, because the prohibitive favorites have all been doing great thus far. Also, I think the Saints are no cakewalk.
  10. All year, it's been "yeah but we didn't have Crabtree" every time the Niners offense has struggled. And true enough he's been productive and a help, but it's not like he's Jerry Rice or anything, in fact he'd be a number two on a lot of teams. In that way he's overrated. He's a good WR but not at all a game breaker or anything. 17-13 Panthers.
  11. I think Carolina squeaks it out, again. Crabtree is fairly overrated. He's a good WR and nothing more. I'd have to see them run well against our defense to believe it. I also think Cam is flat out better than Kaepernick. We shall see.
  12. You are aware they need to go *into* Denver next week, right? I'm not stupid, when I say "on the bandwagon" I mean I'm cheering for them. I'm not putting money on them. Not for nothing, they beat Denver less than a month ago, and it wouldn't be the first time Peyton lost a playoff game he should have won.
  13. This Chargers team has a weird team of destiny vibe. I think I'm on the Riversface bandwagon.
  14. ....so, add the Bengals to the teams who need to Address The Quarterback Position?
  15. I don't expect people to act altruistically. This extends to NFL QBs.
  16. You know, if this is legit, AR should own it immediately. Not for the social aspect or for gay rights or anything. That is a license for him and Nike and the Packers to print money. Jason Collins didn't move the needle because he's a marginal player. Rodgers is a golden boy. It's a very lucrative opportunity.
  17. Are the Eagles any more likeable than the Cowboys, though?
  18. Poor, poor Bears fans. I think we all knew - deep down - this would happen.
  19. I'm not terribly enamored of Chud, to say the least, but aside from Josh Gordon - imagine his numbers with an NFL starter caliber QB - what tools was he given to win with? Even if he's not the guy going forward, a one and done is not at all warranted and proof positive that Browns ownership is in the discussion for worst in the league.
  20. I'm sure that if there was an archive, you could find me bemoaning Vinny Testaverde, Jimmy Clausen, etc.
  21. When did this happen? I've been posting re: the panthers on dvdvr since the sub domain, as has jlsigman. Besides you and Tim Allen, do Lions fans even exist?
  22. From wanting Rivera's head on a stake to this. God bless football and the Carolina Panthers.
  23. Do we have the room to do so? I think we'd need to miraculously move one of the RBs. Shame Cleveland beat us to fleecing the Colts. Indianapolis RB Jonathan Stewart has such a nice ring.
