Apparently the weight limit was scrapped again when they got rid of the Triple Threat Title matches. I think 'throwaway' match is unfair; it makes sense for someone to fail at the cash-in, Aries is a good choice - and for TNA to choose not to end the show with the heel going over. That's surely page 4 of 'How to Book Wrestling'? It's nothing WWE wouldn't do. There's plenty to rag on TNA for but there's nothing wrong with any of this. Noone knows exactly how they will sequence it for TV anyway.

I voted for six as well, if only so Lashley can steal the POUNCE! The 6 side ring really worked in combination with the 'Fox Box' presentation of the early IMPACTs. I'd like to see them junk Tazz/Tenay and go back to something like that. I know Austin will not like it, but I think a bit of differentiation from WWE is a good thing.

They can junk MVP-Young by all means, but that implies another mini-reset.....what's one more I suppose? I'd probably run MVP-Angle at BFG if anything, have Storm win the BFG series.

Pretty fun PPV. TNA belong in Texas, in a nice way. The MVP injury is potentially troublesome, as it's tough for them to build to EY vs MVP at BFG for the title as usually the challenger would come from the BFG Series but a lot of that will be taped shortly. Maybe they'll junk the series, but that would be a pity.
