I liked this.
Yeah, this is SO next level! Also, I sometimes have a hard time deciding which of my favorite clothes I'd like to wear and this method would solve THAT problem, as well! Just superb!

I'll never be as ripped as Shartnado but I did shart once while out for a run, so I got that going for me!
On the plus side, I lost 7 pounds over the last week. I'm sure a good chunk of that is water weight but I'll take it.
There sure is a reason why I prefer to run on an empty stomach, you know! Hey, 7 lbs is 7lbs, you have to shed the water weight at some point, so way to go!

I’d wager you that’s just the pr excuse. Alvarez and Meltzer seem to think she’s just not enjoying the job anymore.
Well, I would not be surprised if that were the case with anyone at all, who's still on WWE's payroll! So, yeah, ok.

Thanks for asking, @Shartnado. Appreciate that. A combination of the fall and doctors tweaking my medicines is causing me to be in the Powers of Pain.
Damn! Hope things improve for you, soon enough. Hang in there, bro!

Bret Hart called WrestleMania X a fluke. Hindsight being 20/20, was it or wasn't it? How do you feel? For the record Owen did beat Bret again later on with a count out in a tournament, I believe!

That was a short squash match, but Powers looked like a literal million bucks, physically!

Im not trying to talk down Dustin. He's awesome.
I just hope that someone can get in Bryan's ear and tell him that it'll mean more when these young guys keep up with him if he shows that he can run through some midcarders.
When everyone can keep up with a guy like Bryan it loses some of that appeal.
I'm not saying he has to go all Triple H 2002 on the roster but the reason that Shelton Benjamin match felt special was because people just didn't school Hunter like that back then.
This is true, but as long as he keeps on winning, anyone who actually beats him, will be pretty well off!

Shit, I'm Finnish and even I'm well aware of Bob Dole! RIP, Sir!

Yes, in Creed “Stuntman” Wheeler won the Mustang and was going to fight Conlan but got his jaw busted in a press conference melee, Adonis ended up being his replacement. Also, they switched them from Light Heavyweight to Heavyweight for Creed II.
It seems like things were set up for a trilogy with Adonis beating Wheeler at the end of Creed II, then a rematch with Conlan(who never lost his title) in Creed III. I’m assuming that was tossed when Ryan Coogler left to make Black Panther and Stallone took over with the Drago redemption story he really wanted to do.
Thank you! As an 80's child, I loved the Drago redemption story! It's good to know that despite all his faults, Ivan Drago was a decent father in the end!

Holy crap! Watching some '94 Superstars and Jim Powers only took a year off steroids, as he's back in a ridiculous shape and size in '94 as compared to his '93 shape. I knew he got huge by '95, but this was a surprise! Was it @twiztor who liked Jim Powers? He was looking fantastic here, but already wearing a singlet, just as he did in WCW!

Any news on Buddy Matthews? Wasn't he supposed to sign with Impact?

KOR/Wagner vs. Legado was nice though I wish Legado had on. Feels odd they didn't with O'Reilly surely on his way out.
Kai/KLR was so good though the finish left just a bit to be desired. Still dug the action and opening brawl with both teams.
Bron/Gargano was great. Feels like Bron is only getting better and better. I'm not convinced he isn't some lab creation with how much he is taking from both his father and uncle. I do like he takes all the little Steiner snipes in stride. Still at this point they really do need to say fuck it and start calling him Steiner since they aren't pretending he is anything otherwise save his name.
Can you imagine how much cooler this would be, if he was actually called Rex Steiner or Bronson Steiner?! Either way, this is definitely a guy!

Speaking of Mick Foley, Foley was great as a face and heel.
No F'n kidding there! It just got really hard for him to be a heel later on. Was able to pull THAT off in 2006 and I suppose in TNA, as well?

I remember Foley book telling Embry thought he was more of a face than he actually was, but figured he was one of those who could pull it off!

Just watched Creed for the first time. It was good. I had seen Creed II before and enjoyed that as well. So, the dude he beat in the beginning of the sequel was the guy who beat his ass for the Mustang. I think I've seen things totally out of order before, like Star Wars (Jedi, new hope, Empire), Mad Max (Road Warrior, Mad Max, Thunderdome, Fury road) and stuff.

OH! Add Jerry Lawler to that list of people that can work Face and Heel effectively. Hell Dundee is on that list too... and so are a lot of Memphis staples now that I think about it. I don't think it as possible to work Mem[phis without turning at least twice if you stayed there for an extended period
James
Does Eric Embry count, or not?

Obliquity is though. It is defined as "deviation from moral rectitude or sound thinking". A word for our times!
That's obviously what he was going for, being a teacher and all! But yeah, word for our times, indeed!
