    Why not just matchup Held and Jolly now since they're both LW's and both lost their opponents, they need another fight for the SpikeTV portion of the card. Not the biggest fight but when your main event has already lost some of its luster at least don't have less fights on the card.

    They need to go half speed on stuff like that, like throw the kick but come up short just to show that they could've knocked you with a kick in that position without actually doing it. Just like when you do submissions in practice whenever you get in a sub you don't try to fight out of it, you just tap out and continue sparring.

    These mid level companies always due themselves in trying to compete with UFC. Like Strikeforce prior to signing Fedor they were churning out a nice solid profit every show because they weren't trying to over expose their product but as soon as they try to play with the big dogs and next thing you know they're going bankrupt.

    Rolles Gracie isn't currently under UFC contract but out of recent UFC fighters he has to be up there.

    Whitford just did a guest appearance on SVU this week. He was just sleepwalking through his Trophy Wife role being a shell of his former self, but he seems to still have it during the SVU episode.

    Or people don't like spending $50 for 3 hours of entertainment when theres multiple other fight cards on free TV every week.

    They should create some kind of award for motion capture acting but to make sure there is plenty of nominations have it open to male, female, lead and supporting roles. But Serkis would probably win it every year nevertheless.

    I think they still have to have Chandler vs. Brooks as the main event since it would still be a 5 round Interim Title Fight and Rampage/Mo would just be a 3 round tournament final.

    I've been to a few independent games here since we have 2, 1 right across the river in Illinois and one out in St. Charles. But you go because they have $1 hot dog night or something, you're not going for quality baseball being played. The defense play in independent ball is very poor. When I go on vacation to see my brother every year up in Portland Maine, we usually go to at least 1 Portland Sea Dogs game which is the AA affiliate of the Red Sox. 2 years went when the Bowie Baysox were in town and the Baysox had Manny Machado playing SS for them.

    Alvarez vs. Chandler III would be the only reason to order the PPV, otherwise it's just a regular card that Bellator airs on SpikeTV. I would think that Alvarez would still be stuck in Bellator for another 6 months if he pulled out of the fight so unless he literally can't fight he should go through with it.

    Probably can still get cheap tickets to the Bellator card and then just move down closer to the cage when it's obvious that no one is using those seats.

    I was thinking maybe that it was at the Dublin event headlined by Henderson vs. Franklin but since McGregor was 16 around 2004 he must have come stateside for an event.

    Right after Sam Jackson asks Luke to join the Avengers. Now that they're both Disney properties there is major crossover potential. Luke Skywalker vs. Loki, Darth Vader vs. Thor, Incredible Hulk vs. Thanos, Padme Amidale vs. Jane Foster.

    Ho Yeah I think that was the idea. Since rounds 2-3 are also on prime time, I guess they thought it'd be nice to have some of those guys there, too. I'm no draftnik but a bunch if those guys are definitely not projected 1st rounders. Hopefully they all go in that time, though, because I can't imagine how miserable it'd to sit there two whole days only to find out you're a fourth round pick. What if you sat in the green room for both days then didn't even get drafted at all and had to settle for a free agent contract?

    They're only doing the first round tonight aren't they? NFL just introduced roughly 20-30 players in attendance, good chance that some of these guys will be returning to the green room for tomorrow nights part of the draft.
