They can easily make up for it by giving us Razor Ramon in DLC. In 2K14, he was my old school IC champ. Doll House gun murders not included.

That's what I'm thinking. WWE just panicked and probably had them remove the NWO completely. Stupid. Hogan wasn't even out there for their match, Nash was.

They have to have those matches, I would think. Why else would they include Steamboat? That was Austin's pinnacle in WCW. It's funny that they'll probably just start with him as U.S. champion (unless they wanna count Dustin Rhodes under Goldust) and as IC champ because they can't have Owen.

Second best roster for a WWE game, next to 2K14. DLC could change that.

You would think they have something unique planned for the last week of reveals. If not, they kind of blew their wad last Monday.

That's the attire Honky wore in the '98 Royal Rumble.

They're obviously basing everything around Austin's showcase. '96 Jake is who Austin wrestled, not prime 80's Jake. And I bet Haku is in for the 2001 Royal Rumble. I seriously doubt they take the time to give guys like this alternate attires.

That's Rollins' one drawback, he's not great on the stick. And who cares this much about a fucking statue? Why is Sting acting like TNA Joker?

They said one week of reveals left, so I expect to see him in. On the other hand, Kevin Nash was in last year's game and they brought over every "legend" from 2K15. Hall wasn't in last year.

Great job on the roster so far. They're definitely putting in time to make them look authentic. Really want Pillman and Razor Ramon, though.

There's a video of a triple threat on youtube. Aside from the reversals, it looks a lot like 2K15 to me. Bad pin/kickout animations, moon walking on weapons like they're not there, guys slammed on other guys on the mat without selling or damage, etc. etc.

So I watched Survivor Series '96 last night on the network with my girlfriend who's not a wrestling fan. She was practically soaking the couch gawking at Shawn Michaels. Had to show her google images of his present day bald head. It's the only way my ego could take it.

Well, I know who my Universe champion will be again for another year... EDIT: Whoa, that pic of Savage was too huge. Anyway, he's in the game. Or maybe Bret Hart this time.

I think the thing with Angle is that he still probably wants to wrestle a limited schedule, whereas Hogan was with being in his "ambassador" role or whatever. Maybe. There were rumors at the time that Hunter just didn't want him back, but I obviously can't confirm or deny that.

They also got Hogan for 2K14 when he still had some deal with TNA. Not sure what it was, but they were upset about it. I'm assuming he isn't in, I obviously haven't heard for sure. It is odd, however, that he basically lobbied to be back with WWE last year when his contract expired and they flat out wouldn't take him. Not the case with Hogan (pre racist rant).

I'd say the Kane/Taker stuff is a definite, but I'm sure you already knew that. How else are they going to fill up 2001? They can't have his matches with Angle either. I suppose they could just video package from WM X-7 to X8 with Hall, carefully leaving out HH, of course.

And that's definitely an improvement, I just think stamina will still go down too quickly. As I said, you'll have to use restholds virtually every match, which...I guess is realistic? Probably just my resentment for HUDs in wrestling games. I never liked them. The wrestlers should get progressively tired and move slower, but there shouldn't be a set, color coded amount.

Also noticed stamina is the same as last year, so you'll be in purple and the match will be over in 5 minutes again unless you use restholds every time.

They better properly cover the Hart Foundation stuff. No Mania 13 and moving on, I want Survivor Series '96, Royal Rumble '97, Final Four, the street fight on Raw...all that good shit.
