  1. a nice seafood dinner and then never call him again?
  2. Thank you for looking into this. I guess this cements that my issue with with Jericho, not the JAS itself. I also want to make sure that I state that I'm beyond psyched at Garcia beating Danielson and what a goddamn match that was.
  3. I'm probably overstating it because I feel it was a MASSIVE mistake to have Kingston lose to Jericho in the barbed wire match, and like you said, Hager has dropped falls, but I can't put my finger on it, it seems that outside of Blood and Guts, they've dominated in the W/L department.
  4. I couldn't agree with this more. I feel like the JAS wins all of their singles matches and if it isn't the case, it's damn close.
  5. To me, that main event was a colossal let down and the result was even worse. Rest of the show was phenomenal. it hurt typing that because I’m such a huge Kingston fan
  6. I'd really love them to get the upset victory, have Garcia interfere, whatever, but them getting a big W so soon after being back(together) would make me so happy.
  7. I'm looking at the Nov 6th date in Philly and I'll be honest, morbid curiosity has me wanting to go....depending on ticket prices. Ever since the Electric Factory was renamed Franklin Music Hall, ticket prices have seemed to rocket
  8. I have no problem admitting that my "doom and gloom" Wardlow has "cooled" thought process was entirely wrong. I can't wait to see what he does with the TNT title.
  9. Man, the reveal at the end of MIB3 got me too. You didn't expect something like THAT in this sort of movie and damn was it well done. It also was an impeccable Tommy Lee Jones impersonation by Josh Brolin. I really liked that one, more than 2.
  10. The ass beating Darby Allin took from Miro before the bell even sounded was *chefs kiss* and they STILL made you think Darby had a shot to win without lessening the impact of Miro's offense. Underrated match.
  11. 100% Agreed. Wardlow taking the belt and murdering people with powerbombs for a while would be amazing. One thing I always loved about the TNT title was that it wasn't necessarily the better man won when the reigning champ lost, it was almost like fatigue set in from so many defenses. At least that is how I read it.
  12. As much as I like Scorpio Sky, I want Wardlow to run roughshod over him and try to recapture the magic of his push....before MJF had a temper tantrum and all of the focus went from Wardlow to him. Wardlow reminds people who he is tonight, fingers crossed.
  13. How underwhelming it will be when Theory cashes in and becomes the one to beat Roman.
  14. The Rock and "Pain and Gain" are what I would consider his "best" movies, but I find that Bay even with the Transformers movies can always give you two hours of just entertainment. The man can film a damn action sequence. Love the opening car chase in 6 Underground especially.
  15. Wrestler Of The Year: Eddie Kingston Match of the Year: Adam Page v American Dragon II Tag Team of the Year: FTR Card Of The Year: I'm torn on this one. I want to say Forbidden Door, but I'll be honest, Wrestlemania Night 1 was pretty goddamn tremendous too. Seeing SCSA back and wrestling again was such an absolute huge moment. Forbidden Door was a better card, but Mania Night 1 is up there for me too. Promotion of the Year: AEW Woman's Wrestler of the Year: Bianca Belair.
  16. I liked the finale, but, something felt "off" about it. I might need to watch it again to get a better feel since i watched all 4 hours of it after an 11 hour day at work.
  17. and if Eddie wins the belt, I'd absolutely HAVE to have it be from pinning Punk. (Bias is showing, i love Kingston and couldn't care less about Punk). It would definitely mean more if it wasn't an interim and also, him pinning Moxley wouldn't have the same impact.
  18. Eddie Kingston is the best wrestler on the planet for me right now. Everything he does is just incredible.
  19. Wardlow v Powerhouse Hobbs for the TNT title would be a goddamn fun time. (I'm treating it as a certainty Wardlow gets the TNT title sooner than later)
  20. Shit, I dropped the ball on that one. I blame an early morning at work, thank you for pointing that out, lol
  21. My girlfriend finally got me to sit down and check out a few episodes. That was 2 weeks ago with Season 1, Episode 1. I'm all caught up now. Wow, what a damn show. Normally when a show is hyped to me as much as this was, for some reason or another i don't see it(Maybe I'm a Debbie Downer? lol), but this one met and exceeded all of the hype for me personally. I WAS Eddie in High school(still dress like him too, wearing a metal battle vest as we speak) and while watching the "Trapped in the Upside down" episode, i couldn't help but think of the Breakfast Club Eddie is Judd Nelson, Steve is Emilio, Nancy is Molly Ringwald, Robin is Jennifer Jason Leigh and Dustin is Anthony Michael Hall. (I may or may not have been a tad stoned during it) I love this show, so much.
  22. One thing you can about Ragnarok and apparently this, is that Taiki Waititti makes a brilliant looking movie visually. Just bright, and I really have no other way to phrase it, his Thor movies sort of pop off of the screen.
  23. I know it's wishful thinking, but the little kid in me would've lost his shit if Wyatt had come back last night instead of Lesnar.
  24. Would've been miles more interesting if Riddle had won and THEN Brock came out. Same tired, rehashed shit that I have no interest in watching. At least we got a pretty damn incredible Riddle/Roman match, that will most likely never happen again.
