TECHNICALLY, TNA does have a proven track record. It's just not a good one. Even accounts trying to document their fuck ups get complicated and hard to read, they couldn't even fuck up in a linear fashion.

Guys I'm looking for a photo I think I may have posted here years ago: it is this massive random painting of The Warlord in his 1991 get up, if memory recalls in India. Sounds mental, but this is legit. The thing was like 20ft.

The problem with the KOTR is, they became obsessed with turning the winner into a literal King gimmick, and it almost always failed or just didn't make sense. THe only person who really pulled it off was Booker.
