Averno 9/13 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gMGYPa-YemM&list=WL99EC78153F6F5413 I thought this was awesome. Really loved the opening caida with Averno really working to ground Panther with the headlock and Panther getting an awesome escape into the cobra clutch. Panther was so great here, just a ton of nifty little adjustments and moves, the rabbit punches to set up the tapitia, the wrist manipulations, the cool dives. Thought the finish was pretty creative and well done too, with Averno beating on Panther, Panther gettting the flash Fujiwara and the towel shenanigans. KillerSpeed Posted September 24, 2013 Share Posted September 24, 2013 Black Terry, Fulgor & Dragon Celestial vs. Tony Rivera, Guerrero Mixteco & Ciclon Black IWRG 9/12 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekQGFJnV5W8 Pretty fun chaotic violent match. Ciclon Black almost cripples Dragon by failing to catch a dive in the first 10 seconds, then they beat the hell out of him and plenty of mask ripping ensues. Later he redeems himself by almost dying falling on his head after a doomsday device. Black Terry does his thing. IWRG camera work continues to be awful but we got to see about 5 seconds of Rivera and Terry trading Futen headbutts on the floor. Blue Panther v. Averno 9/13 Meltzer writing Panther was old and slow is truely mindboggling. I mean, he hits 4 dives in this. Anyways this was very good but not a classic due to the rushed nature of the match. Panther killed it here, all the slow deliberate submission work ruled, as did the strewn in vicious moments such as the punches to the neck or Averno kicking him to get the armbar. I liked the theme of the match with Averno getting advantages but being unable to turn them into anything while Panther was ramping up the pressure, hitting nastier and nastier dives. Rush stuff yet, just wailing on each other, with Rush violently throwing Casas into barriers.
