Hell of a game 7 tonight. The Bolts played perfect defense. I don't think the Rangers would've scored all night with Tampa playing like they did.

Something, something, Pounce, Period.

Tyler Johnson is pretty good.

I haven't seen a dance(?) that awkward since I popped a boner during Kiss from a Rose at prom. After seeing that, I can see Vince giving Lana a modern "dancing Elaine" gimmick.

Big game by Ben Bishop and the Bolts are on to Montreal. Crazy enough, Steve Stamkos has yet to score in the playoffs.

Niklas Kronwall suspended for Game 7 for his hit on Nikita Kucherov in Game 6.

Dolph is a smart opponent to debut a new finisher against since he's guaranteed to make it look like death.

This has to be from when Nash had the book.

Wrestlemania XXXI - The Greatest Show Ever
Bear Wyatt replied to Big Fresh's topic in WWE PROGRAMMING
That italian guy? Or do you only mean during VKM era? I'm talking since Vince took over. Andre is a good counterpoint but even he sold for the snake. -
Wrestlemania XXXI - The Greatest Show Ever
Bear Wyatt replied to Big Fresh's topic in WWE PROGRAMMING
Kudos to Reigns for letting Lesnar absolutely brutalize him for 20 minutes. That clubbing forearm that knocked Roman off the apron got a legit "holy shit" oUT of me. Brock is the best. Is he the strongest booked guy in WWE history? Neither Hogan nor Cena were booked as superhuman as Lesnar. I'm enjoying his run of big performances on the biggest stages. -

[MM15] R2: FINN BALOR vs. DEAN AMBROSE
Bear Wyatt replied to RIPPA's topic in 2015 MARCH MADNESS (Archive)
I'm leaning Dean because of the Shield/Evolution tags and the Rollins feud. I've been watching Balor's NXT stuff and I just don't see what others seem to like about the guy. He's got a good look and is a great technician but he kinda feels like a Create-A-Wrestler at times. -
Needs more Chael Sonnen.

If Mark Henry is being brought back to be sacrificed at the altar of Reigns I think this place will explode.
-
Carey Price was a brick wall tonight against the Bolts. The Lightning dominated the game and Price only gave up one goal, in overtime no less. Still, that's 2 points for the good guys!
-
Brian Kendrick was just added to the NXT roster page so I'd guess he's officially signed. I'm a big fan of his, especially his work as The Brian Kendrick back in 2008 or 2009. If i remember his shoot with London clearly, Kendrick didn't enjoy the travel of a regular WWE schedule so NXT is an ideal place for a guy like him.

FEBRUARY 2015 WRESTLING DISCUSSION
Bear Wyatt replied to Dolfan in NYC's topic in The PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
I'm surprised that Dixie Carter hasn't chimed in yet with a not-so-subtle offer for AJ to join TNA. -

Reminds me of Lardass from Stand By Me. -
Heyman made people believe in Mikey Whipwreck: ECW World Heavyweight Champion. That's turning water into wine as far as I'm concerned.

Best of ROH General Pimping Thread~!
Bear Wyatt replied to JRGoldman's topic in FEDS JUST TRYING TO MAKE A BUCK
The entire Generation Next vs. The Embassy feud is tremendous. To get the whole scope of that storyline you gotta go back to when Shelley was kicked out of Gen Next and was kind of a "man without a country" so to speak. Shelley tries to atone for all of the bad things he did as a member of Gen Next and he gets shunned by the rest of the locker room at every turn. This propels him to join up with Nana and the Embassy who, other than the Rotweillers, were the biggest heels in the company. Jimmy Rave was always one of my favorites. He understood how to get heat and he wasn't afraid to look like a stooge or take an absolute beating. Rave using Jade Chung as a step-stool to get in the ring got him some big-time heat. From there the feud kicked into high gear and there were a bunch of great matches. Steel Cage Warfare is the blowoff and probably the best match of the series. -
The only thing that picture is missing is Rick Rude circa '94.Ha! Just beaten by Kuetsar.

Poor guy could really use the power of the urn right about now.
