The best part was when he went in on JR and when King called him on it and JR had no idea why, I was dying. In ECW he would do the voice to say “Jerry fucking Lynn” which still wasn’t much better but Jerry Lynn’s promos were always kind of terrible.

He has grown on me to the point I’d like it if he ditched the dog bark at the end of his promos for some Jerry Lynn esque death metal speak.

Either way AEW already has more people than they can book and although the leadership has changed I’d still say the ceiling in the E for him would basically be the same as Nakamura. Good point. In my defense I had the Rings of Power on the brain which was an amazing looking terrible show. I don’t doubt Amazon when it comes to putting a budget behind a show it’s all the other things like writing and casting that worry me.

I like this but I was thinking more that Ric just gets absolutely plastered at the game and when they ask for the signs a hungover Flair says “Brother their is only one hand sign you need to know” and proceeds to throw up the four fingers for the Horseman followed by a whooooo.

He wouldn’t be my first pick but I’m sure he could get on the sideline for just about any college game so there is that.
