I think I know the video you speak of and yeah - it is just that circle area right outside of the entrance to the cave that you go into for a few missions (including the Winter Kell strike) It isn't farming per se - it is just that the enemies respawn quickly and there are multiple caves that the chests pop up in. Another good place to go on Venus is that spot the section where you fight the Cyclops. It's constantly full of higher leveled Fallen and Vex that respawn frequently and the Spirit Blooms respawn all over the place.
