I'm really late but Ron Fuller started USA Championship when David Woods wanted to buy Continental. He sold him the Alabama towns and started up his own group based around Knoxville as his biggest city. USA ran some other towns Fuller used to run before the All Star split killed off that area like Harlan KY and Johnson City TN. USA only lasted around 6 months or so and then Fuller sold it to David Woods as well.

Technically didn't take place in ICW, although I'm assuming it aired on the ICW TV show which still existed for a while after the Poffos started working for Jarrett in Memphis. It's definitely a match that took place for the Memphis promotion though with Paul Morton as the referee and Jimmy Hart at ringside. Still a cool find.

I'm high on Roman because I think he's really good in the ring. It was easy for me to vote Roman over a guy whose best higlights are dives and jumping off balconies. I would vote Rusev over Reigns because Rusev has the awesome character stuff and I think they're not that far off in the ring. I disagree with you on the idea that Cesaro's in-ring work destroys Rusev's. Rusev is very Cesaro-like in the fact that no matter who he has to wrestle he gets a good match out of them and I really can't remember a Rusev match where I thought his opponent looked better than him. That's why I put an emphasis on character work in this match-up because Rusev is so far ahead of Cesaro in that department and I think they're not far off as far as match quality so the character work is kind of the tiebreaker.

I voted Rey because no one sings stupid songs to Rey during his matches.

I really don't see this wide gap between Cesaro & Rusev as far as in ring ability. I DO however see a huge gap in between them as interesting characters. I don't think there is anyway in hell that Cesaro could have made entertaining segments out of the shitty love triangle stuff the way Rusev did.

I was simply bringing that up in agreement with El Dragon saying that Reigns is better than HHH.

And Reigns/Lesnar is WAY better than any of the 3 HHH/Lesnar matches. Probably better than all 3 of them put together.

I feel 0 shame in voting for Reigns. He has had a lot of good and some great matches this year. I'm not going to hold WWE's incompetent booking against him. The Reigns/Lesnar match is one of my favorite Mania matches ever.

Which women's prison was this at? Somewhere in Tennessee. KAW (which stands for Kick Ass Wrestling) did at least 1 TV taping there.

At a time when so many guys just want to have a match full of bombs and 2.9 kickouts to appeal to the "This is Awesome!" chanters, I have to vote for a guy who has put 100% into developing and portraying a character.
