Should note, Tua has apparently lost the starting job to "None of the Above".
Penix got cleared and will be taking 1st team reps this week in practice. Tua will start on Friday vs. Miami but the word is he's fighting for a roster spot, let alone the starting job.

- The world is much more reactive and grounded, with NPCs and the environment responding more realistically to what you do. Walking around openly carrying a rifle, for example, won’t just be ignored.
- Jason Duval is described as an ex-military now drug runner, while Lucia Caminos is a fighter recently released from prison. Their story is built around a Bonnie-and-Clyde-style crime romance.
- Lucia is the first fully developed female lead in a mainline GTA game, and Rockstar says it has put more effort into creating complex female characters and a wider range of people across the world.
- You can switch between Jason and Lucia during missions as well as in quieter moments. One can be driving while the other shoots, and you can swap perspectives as situations unfold.
- Their relationship seems to be part of the gameplay rather than something that only exists in cutscenes. Your choices and actions can affect how their relationship develops.
- Jason and Lucia’s appearance can change depending on how you play. Eating affects weight, working out changes muscle definition and things like partying, lack of sleep or constantly being on the run can visibly wear them down.
- NPCs are much more varied in age, body type, tattoos, cosmetic surgery, fashion, wealth and regional identity. The kinds of people you see also change depending on where you are in Leonida.
- Social media is built into the world, with in-game feeds, viral posts and characters whose lives and careers can apparently be followed through them.
- Leonida is Rockstar's version of Florida, with Vice City standing in for Miami. The map also stretches into places like the Leonida Keys and the wilderness around Mount Kalaga.
- Rockstar spent years researching Florida, with teams visiting Miami and speaking to locals, law enforcement, former criminals, club promoters and gun dealers. The company also has a dedicated research team based in Miami.
- Music and nightlife play a major role in the game's identity, from Miami bass and modern rap to house parties, South Beach clubs and fictional artists like Real Dimez.
- Fashion has been given much more attention than before. Clothing, brands, hairstyles and appearance are designed to reflect the different cultures, social classes and lifestyles across Leonida.
- Rockstar is also treating its fictional brands more like real companies. Shops, car manufacturers and fashion labels are being built with their own identities instead of existing purely as background jokes.
- Rockstar's development team has more than doubled since Red Dead Redemption 2. One Los Angeles team reportedly focuses almost entirely on pedestrians and NPCs, while the vehicle-handling team includes actual racing drivers.
- More than 50 real street artists contributed murals to the game, helping different parts of Leonida feel more specific to the places and cultures they are based on.
- The game seems to combine the freedom, crime and satire of GTA V with the level of detail and immersion Rockstar introduced in Red Dead Redemption 2.-
