If WWE were smart, they'd position Owens/Zayn as their next big feud and have them be the HHH/Rock or Cena/Orton of this generation.

Have you seen the attire of some of the female characters in things marketed towards kids? Wonder Woman's attire was more risque than what Steph was wearing! Dean's problem is that his gimmick doesn't really work in a company that doesn't allow blood or swearing or really anything that you need to portray an unhinged psycho. They have to compensate by just making him a cartoony caricature of an unhinged psycho. I'm not even sure if cartoony is a valid criticism of Dean since Creative is the one who scripts him to be that way. If you look at some of the outlandish stuff that he's been booked into since the Shield breakup, you'd see that he has taken some of the worst material imaginable and tried to make something out of it.

WWE is trying to market to kids. The fact that he's pulling off goofy and cartoony during the PG era is a positive .

Record tying so we'll get another quickie run so we can get the "OMG! CAN CENA BREAK FLAIRS RECORD" build. Next year's Mania build will probably be built around Cena going for number 17.

I just hope that someone in WWE heard the chorus of boos when Roman's theme song hit. That is not the reaction that a top babyface is ever supposed to get.

That show dragged so much that it made WrestleMania IV look like an episode of Wrestling Society X.

I will say that I appreciate WWE having the tag rope there. It never gets mentioned but it's a nice touch.

I'm surprised that "Pimp Drop" made it onto the back of a WWE shirt in the PG era.

You could make the argument that wrestling is pretty similar to soap operas with the bad acting and all. And yes, there are smark equivalent boards for soap operas where they talk about who is being pushed, who is being buried, who is holding talent down.....etc.

A good actor can evoke all of the emotions that you described. Ever seen someone cry during a movie? It happens. People watch entertainment to escape reality and immerse themselves into a fantasy world. I like wrestling and have all of my life but I also acknowledge that it's scripted television and I admire the talent that it takes to pull it off successfully.

I think that we can all accept that Paul Levesque is a man playing the character of "Triple H." It's not ridiculous at all. Do you also hate it when your favorite TV villain appears out of character? It's the same thing.

This whole tournament seems like the bracket of someone who has very little college basketball knowledge and is just picking at almost random.
