AdrianG4 Posted January 28, 2017 Share Posted January 28, 2017 You may know about Middle Kingdom Wrestling as a promotion from China, but actually we see a lot of potential in the development of pro wrestling in Southeast Asia as well -- that includes, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Etc. So to get started on MKW's journey to promote pro wrestling in unlikely parts of the world, we put on an event in Pattaya, Thailand. This is definitely one of the very first pro wrestling shows ever in the history of Thailand and we brought great stars from all over the world and we even used some local thai pro wrestlers like Mickey Rawz, which brought us a lot of views from Thailand on our Youtube channel. Middle Kingdom Wrestling's goal is to highlight pro wrestlers in Asia outside of Japan -- we are based in China, but we want to show the world so much more as well -- and we hope that pro wrestling fans can join us on this journey. AxB Posted January 28, 2017 Share Posted January 28, 2017 Darren Burridge and a few of the FWA lads tried to get a Thai promotion going in around 2004.
