For that matter, a mile might be a challenge with these knees.
Ryan Posted May 9, 2017 Author Posted May 9, 2017 At this point, walking a mile is enough if I'm not up for it. I'm not over 40 and don't have bad knees either. Shitty neck and back from birth and being lazy are my culprits. Even in my best shape I could never run a mile under 9 minutes, I'd always get headaches from neck strain or whatever or gas out cause I never practiced.
