I forget the exact numbers, but Sony is in a position to flood the market with consoles this holiday season and plans to significantly boost production for 2023. They are saying their long-term stock issues have been resolved.

The msrp of games hasn’t kept up with inflation, so I dunno why a $10 increase would bother me. Games we’re $60 far longer than they should have been. I don’t expect studios to work for free or cheap, so…. Finally nearing the end of GoW: Ragnarok. Enjoyed it quite a bit and think it’s probably game of the year, though I think I enjoyed Bayonetta 3 and Horizon Zero Dawn a touch more. Planning to play Witcher 3 over the holidays once next-gen upgrade is released. Only played about two hours of it on release, so it is new to me.

Smart thinking. An extra week would Ezra Miller time for two more public meltdowns and a felony or three. Miller hasn’t been in the news for a couple months now. WBD may never get this chance again. I’d stealth release the movie tomorrow. Screw the advertising. (Actually, I assume WBD is sitting on Miller to keep him out of trouble - maybe literally - and will continue to do so until Flash is out of theaters)

Personally, I won’t mind a bit if Alabama or USC edge out TCU for the fourth spot. Going undefeated in any conference is an achievement but the Big 12 had a fairly average year and TCU benefitted greatly from that. I don’t really look at them as being at the same level as GA, OSU and Michigan and think USC or Alabama would make for a better game.

Now I wish I had watched Stargirl. I watched season one then checked out. By the time season one aired, I was mostly checked out of the Berlanti shows. I tended to like season ones a lot, then lose most of my interest thereafter. Supergirl had some good seasons in the middle of its run and Cryer was fantastic late in the series. Only the Covid year (years?) were terrible, imo. I liked Green Arrow but found it repetitious, especially after they expanded the cast. I still don’t understand Legends appeal. It has a devoted fanbase, so it obviously worked for a lot of people, but it’s one of two shows I’ve legit hated in the past 30 years. Once Darvil left and they leaned into comedy, it was an hour of nails on a chalkboard for me. I kept giving it a try thinking I’d eventually turn the corner on it, but never did.

Calling it now. Alabama not only gets spot in top 4, they somehow get four spots in top 4. It’ll be Alabama vs. Alabama & Alabama vs. Alabama inside a steel Alabama.

Utah feeling very Utey so far tonight. (In my defense, someone was going to make that joke sooner or later. I feel absolutely no shame.)

I like Claudio quite a bit, but my first thought is that TK has given up on getting a tv deal, so might as well put the belt back on a smaller name.
