This is significant as it is the same day as Bellator's season 11 premiere. Not only that, but it is in the same state. So much for Dana's "I don't even consider them competition" statements.

What sucks about this is Vitor is now in a fight with Chael, which allows Dana to position his favorite mouthpiece into the title scene again (thankfully, he won win).

I once was in a Buffalo Wild Wings for a UFC and seated with people I didn't know (friends of my buddy). Anyway, one guy is looked upon as the MMA "expert" of the bunch and proceeds to say, "None of these guys really impress me when you compare their records to Frank Dux." We had an interesting talk after that.

It is insane the number of changes this card went through. Elsalvajeloco's "cancelled bouts" list at the bottom is almost as long as the real bouts list.

Getting lost in the Rampage and Tito win talk online is what a great fight Brooks/Chandler was. Great fight and one of my favorites this year so far.

Knowing Bjorn, he will have Chandler vs. Alvarez III happen before Brooks vs. Alvarez. Already seeing people saying the Tito/Shlemenko fight was a work. If so (and I'm the conspiracy guy, remember) that makes no sense at all. They just made their most dominant champion look terrible. I wasn't that thrilled with the main event but can understand why it went to Rampage. King Mo did zero with his one takedown in the third. Rampage at least threw punches. No rematch, please.

I think it is strange everyone in MMA seems to have forgotten that Matt Brown has 11 losses on his record, 9 of those by submission. I get it, he's had an impressive run of late (with non-top 10 competition) but we shouldn't kid ourselves.

The Diaz brothers are always looking to catch some sort of wave and Nate obviously thinks beating Brown is the path to a 170 title shot.
