Jenalysis
Just was doing some random youtube watching, and he came up as an opponent. How exactly did someone communicate with him if he couldn't really speak or hear? (being told that it was legit that he couldn't hear or speak) Want to see Finlay against him now. StretchMediatedHypertrophy
Alan Kilby worked matches in the 21st century as well. UK wrestler Majik once answered this on a forum with 'If he wants to throw you, you get thrown'.
El Ken Erico
Deaf or not. You shut up and wrestle.
The Nature Boy
I'm sure you work out hand or touch signals. Probably not that difficult to work around if you work with him enough.
MGFanJay
Finlay flipping in part 2 is amazing.
Jenalysis
Yeah that was amazing. I think out of all 70s wrestling, the British WOS stuff ages better than anything else.
StretchMediatedHypertrophy
I hope lack of footage rights doesn't stop Finlay and one or two others making the WWE Hall of Fame. I am amazed that HHH hasn't gone after the rights actually; they can't be that expensive. Kilby is probably a stretch, but he's alive, Finlay could induct him, he's probably not going to go over time on his acceptance speech and it would probably generate some positive publicity to induct a 'differently abled' wrestler. He was a great babyface and most of his matches are at least fun. Kilby could lipread and so I imagine there was some communication that way, but probably not that much because those guys worked pretty hard to protect the business back then.
