Zork and Zork Zero (which i never knew existed) is on that Classics collection that just came out on Gamepass.
I'm so out of practice on it that I made it to the Troll and got killed, like I did the first 50 times I played it way back when.

The PC version lets you use the keyboard for the text stuff, like Zork. But I'm finding the 2600 games have serious emulation lag issues.

Without the UCL money and the bottom out prize money from the EPL, with their outstanding balances United has to be just about violating PSR and they don't have the league standing that City had to get out of a nuke. They're gonna have no Transfer budget and no reasonable way to sell the players they need to get rid of (no one is going to take on those wages).
Like, if this happened to any other non-big 5 team in the EFL they'd be in administration already. And honestly, the club probably needs a Rangers-level reset to recover.

The Psycho Gundam appearance was both amazing and disappointing at the same time. But it looks like we're moving on from the Clan Battle holding pattern and getting into actual Gundam. With a flashback to the war ending.
And with how Shuji disappeared in the Zeknova, Im starting to wonder if somehow the big point is that the Zeknova and Axis Shock are the same thing and incr Gquuux is done we're circling back to real UC and bringing Char and Amaro back post-Hathaway because Victory and F91 disappeared newtypes completely in the old continuity.

I'm not advocating for $80 games, just stating that we've been avoiding it for too long. I usually don't buy anything unless it's on a big sale and just rely on Gamepass and Ubisoft+ for new releases. That and The Show is the only thing on PS5 that's on my radar that I can't get on PC right now.
I am worried that the price hikes and the $90 tags for cards with download codes and an unwillingness to drop prices on any IP ever that Nintendo is showing an arrogance that we haven't seen since Atari in 83, and well, we know how that turned out. I'm still trying to figure out what's going to be the "Retailers RTV thousands of unsold carts to distributers" moment this time around, but all I can think of is a REALLY big IP totally bombing, and Pokemon Scarlet/Violet already happened.
-
I'm looking forward to next season's battle to avoid relegation.
EDIT: I'm honestly half wanting United to get relegated in 2026 just because getting dropped to the Championship might be the loophole needed to offload the really bad contracts. Of course, I'd feel better if we had a better owner than Ratcliffe who hasn't bought a sports team he couldn't tank yet.

*insert worst person you know meme here*
I mean, the nasty truth we won't admit is that we've been underpaying for games for years, considering how much more of an enterprise making a AAA game is. However, the AAA dev cycle is completely broken and we're heading for another Video Game crash, at least at the AAA level. Indies will probably be fine, but Depending on how the Switch 2 launch and aftermath go and how things go with Microsoft's price increases, the AAA market will probably tank. I mean, streamers, YouTubers, and people that somehow have a ton of disposable income will still give it a whirl, but most people aren't going to be able to fork over $80 on AAA titles.

I'm also pretty sure the deal Jones made with Disney to use his voice as Vader in perpetuity is that a real person has to be reading the lines into the changer. So Epic might have even more problems.

It's gonna be hard to do with her in Narkina 5 building reflectors for the DS2 for the rest of her life (or until the New Republic gets around to finding it, whichever happens first.)
-
A GilroyCut would honsetly depend if Disney saw enough money in budgeting the reshoots needed to do something like that.
Best way to do it would likely be "Andor S3: Rogue One" and mini-series it so you can give some of the character stuff time to breathe.
But I think the 3rd Act of Rogue One was one of the best SW things ever put to film so I don't really want anything to mess that up.

Generation Next (Alex Shelley, Austin Aries, Roderick Strong, Jack Evans) used Pink Floyd's "Interstellar Overdrive" as their theme in ROH.
They weren't that cool
They used the Melvin's cover.

Gates was Rosamia's wingman in Zeta. So maybe Deux is supposed to be Rosamia and not Four.
Right, shit.
it's been a long time since I saw Zeta, and I have to remember that even though this is a different timeline, there are plenty of UC characters that would still exist in this timeline, their lives would've just progressed alot differently.

No the kid Deux is the new Four. The credits give her full name as Deux Murasame.
That's who I meant, the Girl that's gonna pilot the Psycho Gundam. I realize now that thinking Gates (her mav) is a Char Clone is a red herring because he's blonde and wore Sunglasses. It's pretty clear that Shuji is either himself a Char clone, or this timeline's Amauro.

Man, Stone Cold was just a terrible movie that was ironically great because everyone knew they were in a piece of shit and Henricksen and Forsythe just went HAM the whole time. Best movie where the Main Character is a total failure in every single way and walked away acting like he won in the end.

So, the Psycho Gundam is the new Four and the blonde kid is the Char Clone, right?
Least we're picking up.

At this point I'm just ignoring everything taking place past Mandolorian. Yeah, that show also has evidence of the New Republic being beyond incompetent, but it doesn't have all the egregious shit the trilogy has. If your writing is so bad it makes us pine for the Vong, you probably need a way out. At least the New Republic in the Legends books died of their own hubris to a juggernaut they underestimated because they had their own Jedi Order and the remains needed the what was left of the Empire to bail the galaxy out.
It really is hitting a point where the best SW stuff has little to no Jedi.

The most depressing thing about Andor/Rogue One is that that hard work by Cassian and crew to basically set the table for the Rebellion and end of the Empire was pissed away by the New Republic within months.
Every good project makes me hate the Sequel Trilogy even more.

Well of course, the issue is always branding.

If Ninja Warrior's continued American Success is an indicator, just running the damn games without over producing it works pretty well.

Kratom was the super hot thing to both get off of Cocaine and it's variants as well as "be an all around booster suppliment" for a hot minute until people started figuring out that it was just the South American equivalent of Opium. Every radio person and podcaster that were thirsty for sponsors were hawking it around 2020-2022.
It was pretty much like when Stacker 2 came out in 99 with the ephedra and it was getting used as "legal" speed until people started ODing and their hearts started exploding.

Yeah, I'll totally take sending the 2 and 14 to the Bucks for Giannis. Giannis, Wemby, Fox, and Castle all healthy will be fun to watch.

It's more bittersweet that this didn't happen the last time we played them.
This is true, it just would've felt better if the Galaxy wasn't the worst team in MLS currently, which is really odd they went from Champs to worst team in the league.

Guys to Saudi is about it. United is overloaded with shitty contracts that even trying to sell guys at a loss they're not getting anyone not backed by the Sports Fund to deal with the wages.
I'm just wondering if they do fail PSR in July, does the FA just fine them or do they hit them with the 10 point deduction?
