IWTV is merged with Smart Mark Video (which is why their archive is so big) and they have done physical media releases of H2O shows in the very recent part, so there's definitely a chance.

Okay, signed up for IWTV. I presume that means I just have to tune in on Thursday. Also, what the hell should I watch on there in the meantime? I thought about hitting up some old IWA-MS stuff first and after that... I dunno, maybe Lucha Memes? It's... a lot.
ICW: No Holds Barred Volume 9 is loads of fun, if you like the blood and pain.

I think the idea is that he's a basket case, who is also a nazi.
Se he showed up to the show, introduced himself to New Jack in the locker room, and Jack immediately went to the booker to get the card changed, so he could get his hands on the Nazi.

Kyle O'Reilly could be a huge babyface, if they just talk about his actual life story. He has Type 1 Diabetes. It's a lot he had to overcome to just have one wrestling match in his life, let alone a two decade career.

I thought you meant Last Man Standing the Bruce Willis movie from the 90s. That was really good, it was like Yojimbo.

MLW is bringing Barbaro Cavernario to Chicago in May. So perhaps that'll pave the way for him to head to AEW soon.

You have to bear in mind, in the 80s Thatcher and Reagan considered apartheid South Africa to be a strong political ally. The Reagan White House considered Nelson Mandela to be a terrorist, not a Civil Rights Activist. Margeret Thatcher publically said Nelson Mandela was a terrorist. And that's the political worldview that Vince identifies with.
In his mind, the actual Truth and Reconciliation Commission were the villains, and the post-Apartheid Afrikaners were victims. The fact that the vast majority of people in the Western World don't share that mindset is something that wouldn't have occurred to him. He was probably very surprised that it didn't get over.

So the other night, Alex Shelley
Spoilerdropped one of his bigger Indie titles.
He had been Prestige Wrestling world champion, but he lost it to Alan Angels.
Which implies that his next career move, whatever it is, might be something that has him booked on Saturdays.

According to his personal Twitter, Lord White has been living the gimmick for his entire online existence. VERY racist, VERY homophobic. For YEARS.

The Westboro Baptist Church has announced that they'll be picketing Raw in Kansas City on April 29th, as a protest against Vince McMahon's allegations.

Anyone with Honor Club: how much early ROH is on there? I really want to rewatch Joe vs Kobashi and see how it holds up. I haven't seen it since high school probably.
The Joe vs Kobashi match is on ROH's YouTube (twice). Although I don't think the entire show it happened on is.

That's a pandemic era watchalong of the match, with Ian Riccaboni and Todd Sinclair

That's a 3-match compilation of Joe vs Kobashi, Joe vs Kyle O'Reilly, and Joe vs Jay Briscoe.

I did watch the Necro/Pondo vs ROH trainees Chikara match. It's not a shoot. It's stiff, but it's a rookie discipline match. It's like watching 2003 Bob Holly.

The thing is, Rick Rude was awesome. Rude could have a great match with a plank of wood. If Warrior's "he could have a good match if he wanted" evidence consists entirely of Rick Rude matches, that says nothing for Warrior Warrior.

So, clearly none of you have actually watched any MCMG matches recently. Neither of them has lost a step at all. If anything, Shelley is in better shape now than he was 10 years ago. They'd be a good get now. They absolutely still have it.

What are the five most important WWF/WWE matches of all time? None. There has never been an important match in the company. Frivolous innit?

Death Match Kings (Necro & Mad Man Pondo) vs Anthony Franco & Matt Turner, Chikara Tag World Grand Prix night two. 19th February 2005. It's,not on YouTube, but it is on IWTV. So if you had a friend who had an IWTV, they could potentially watch it on the Discord).

Clash at the Castle 1 was a Stadium Show (in a city that doesn't have a Castle). Clash at the Castle 2 is in the Glasgow Hydro (also in a city that doesn't have a Castle; They're thinking of Edinburgh). But the first ever Pro-Wrestling show at the Glasgow Hydro, right after it opened, was a TNA House Show. Part of TNA's UK tour that year. There are 4 Football Stadiums in Glasgow (The National Stadium, plus grounds for Rangers, Celtic and Partick Thistle), running a building with a 14,300 capacity as Clash at the Castle just seems like they're devaluing the brand immediately.
