Oh, just seeing this now. I would have messed up on Oppenheimer box office. Barbie deserves some credit for its success, imo.
Please come back next year!

New wrestling crossword!
Some news on these: I'm switching from putting up one crossword per month, to putting up one crossword every 3 weeks. So that's good news if you like them! (but it's bad news if you greatly despise them)

Imagine if someone came in here back in April and said, "Barbie's going to make more money than any other movie in this thing. And you know what else? It's going to make $200 million more than the #2 movie."

Curious to see what people have as the best match shown on a promotion's B or C shows?
Action Zone had that obvious clique tag match from 94.
Superstars less clear. It had a really good Bret vs Backlund match that started the heel run for Bob. Pat Tanaka vs The 123 Kid from late 93 is a ridiculously good sprint. The sunset flip powerbomb to the floor spot is just ridiculous for 1993.
Love to hear the nominations for WCW Pro/Worldwide/Saturday Night ..even Thunder.
First thing that came to mind was the infamous Raven vs. Kaz Hayashi match... which, looking it up, I see was on WCW Worldwide.

You just can't fake the way the head snaps back when a superkick actually connects. Still enjoyed everything after that, they handled it as well as possible despite a couple of awkward parts.

Please keep to here only. We fostered a dog on Tuesday and the fucker attacked Offy today. Thankfully Offy is ok. My Dad and Sister have puncture wounds to their hands. I couldn't get into the room to help. We're all shaken up. Could have been so much worse. The dog's been taken away and put down. When I saw the size and breed of, I wasn't comfortable with having it. It's the first time we've ever had a biting dog. This day has fucking sucked.
Ohhhh wow, that's scary. Very glad no one was seriously hurt.

If I had to point to one thing, it would be the great reviews for the Turtles movie that almost no one expected. A lot of us were very happy to slap that movie right at the bottom of our RT list. Four people (including me!) now have double-digit points just from the RT placement of that movie alone.
I also want to highlight that by saying that no one else currently has double-digit points resulting from the placement of any other single movie on a list. It's just TMNT on the RT list that's doing it.
So you could say the excellent reviews for TMNT were an even bigger surprise for us than Barbie's box office performance was.

Meanwhile Natural, John from Cincy, Kuetsar, and Rippa - who are the ones making big jumps in the standings - all left TMNT off their RT list.

That's a lot of movement in the standings. Happy to answer any questions about why someone jumped up or dropped down!

There is zero reason I would ever want to see a Barbie movie. I would've expected the large majority of straight men would feel the same way. But there seems to be this sentiment online where if you're going to Oppenheimer then OF COURSE you will also see Barbie that same day.
