  1. I'll agree to disagree on Scream (1996) and Scream (2022). Agree on Scream 2. Yeah, the opening scene to Scream is one of the best in any film. Said that in my review when I watched OG Scream in the cinema last year. Glad I got to there having seen it countless times before on TV. Scream '96 was my first horror film.
  2. Wasn't it Karl Anderson who told the story he had little to no money at some point in NJPW so Shinsuke put money in his account and bought all meals?
  3. 2000s wrestling on Facebook: AJ Styles’ personal photographer apparently could not make it to WWE RAW due to weather conditions. So Shinsuke Nakamura took over the cameraman’s role and made sure that AJ Styles has all the pictures of his last moments in the WWE ring. After the ceremony ended, AJ Styles hugged Shinsuke Nakamura and clicked a selfie with him. Nakamura clicking pictures for Styles is the cutest thing I’ve seen in pro wrestling for a while --- Shinsuke Nakamura has always struck me as a laid back class act.
  4. Two WrestleMania's in a row Bronson Reed's missed through injury, this one so close to WrestleMania 42. Awful timing. Get well soon.
  5. C'mon, fella. Agreed. Agreed.
  6. It's a good point. I understand where you're coming from. I will say in life and I hope I don't sound morbid, you don't know what's going to happen even in a five year window. I'd rather have the wrestler getting their flowers in person than posthumously. A wait too long and you miss that: Vader and Sid's still not in. Again, hope this reads right.
  7. Only one that has my interest is by JM DeMatteis. I'll read anything by him.
  8. MAMMA MIA! I've always enjoyed Mauro Ranallo commentary.
  9. AJ Styles, one of the best to ever do it. I can see John Cena, Kurt Angle or The Undertaker as inductors. I think Cena is the most likely then 'Taker.
  10. AJ Styles 10 best matches ever: 10. AJ Styles vs. Daniel Bryan. WWE Smackdown, 13th November 2018. 9. AJ Styles vs. Chris Sabin vs. Petey Williams. TNA Final Resolution 2005. 8. AJ Styles vs. The New Daniel Bryan vs. Samoa Joe vs. Randy Orton vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Kofi Kingston. WWE Elimination Chamber 2019. 7. AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels. TNA Against All Odds 2005. 6. AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura. NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 10. *****. 5. AJ Styles vs. John Cena. WWE Royal Rumble 2017. *****. 4. AJ Styles vs. John Cena. WWE Crown Jewel 2025. *****. 3. AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe. TNA Turning Point 2005. *****. 2. AJ Styles vs. The New Daniel Bryan. WWE TLC 2018. *****. 1. AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe vs. Christopher Daniels. TNA Unbreakable 2005. *****. I've got some AJ Styles in NJPW gaps I need to fill in. What I've seen was great which is fitting as inside the ring, he's an all time great.
  11. Hope you get to ASAP. Interesting seeing Scream (1996) 4th on your list. Usually that's #1 or #2 on everybody else's. I was disappointed with Scream 4 especially with Wes Craven's return. Please do. Scream (1996) is a classic, a must see. Scream 2 is a must watch as well. If you only watch two, it's those.
  12. AJ Styles, one of the best to ever do it. A success in ROH, TNA, NJPW and WWE.
  13. The Vision has the worst injury run in a stable in quick succession I can think of with Seth Rollins taking an injury then getting a real one, Bron Breakker and now Bronson Reed. Cursed to fuck.
  14. Man the Vision is cursed as fuck: Seth Rollins: Torn rotator cuff in shoulder requiring surgery. Bron Breakker: Hernia requiring surgery. Bronson Reed: Torn bicep, likely needing surgery. Austin Theory and Logan Paul must be shitting themselves.
  15. Before Scream 7: 6. Scream 3. 5. Scream 4. 4. Scream VI. 3. Scream (2022). 2. Scream 2. 1. Scream.
  16. Before Scream 7: 6. Scream 3. 5. Scream 4. 4. Scream VI. 3. Scream (2022). 2. Scream 2. 1. Scream.
  17. Just dropped. Hoping to see Friday with my Sister. I've a feeling it's going to get a kicking from the fans and the critics as well.
  18. DAMMIT, TECHNICO SUPPORT! RIP the late, great DEAN.
  19. Just dropped. I've a feeling it's going to get a kicking from the fans and the critics as well.
  20. Yeah, it's understandable Punk/Hardy isn't there. Ideally it would be as it was one of Punk's most famous feuds. Speaking of Money in the Bank 2011 with John Cena really should be there. That's a truly iconic match. Yes, I believe Punk's said before the Piledriver match is his best with Cena. I have it second to MITB 2011. I see Punk/Lesnar from SummerSlam 2013 is included. It's a great match but I've never been as high on it as the majority are. It wasn't even MOTN, Daniel Bryan vs. John Cena smokes it. You're not the only person. I smiled finding this out. Punk, Joe, Danielson and Styles were my core four favourites from the independent scene. Naturally Bryan Danielson the most. Great track. Dew it to quote Palpatine! Yeah, needs a better longer entrance. Glad the board slapping sound is there.
  21. Dave Meltzer: — The shooting of El Mencho (famous Mexican gang leader Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes), one of the most powerful cartel members (leader of the CING group), has rocked the country. Mass violence has broken out in many parts of Mexico. A ton of wrestling shows have been canceled and more will be. Everyone is concerned and people are afraid to go out in several different states in that country. There is an unwritten rule that gangs don’t do violence in Mexico City because the tourism business is so big and if they did, that would kill the business and hurt the economy for everyone. But outside of Mexico City, shows are being canceled left and right. I expect some stuff to be made official in CMLL in the next 24 hours. Lots of people in places like Jalisco and Michoakan are afraid to leave their homes. Schools in Jalisco and Nayarit are closed tomorrow. The Puerto Vallarta government is strongly urging residents and visitors to stay indoors and avoid non-essential travel. Public transportation services are temporarily suspended in that city. Drivers are advised to avoid the roadways. Businesses are asked to temporarily close and hotels are advising guests not to leave the premises. I’ve had people suggest that the wrestling business in Mexico is going to take a hit from this for some time to come. --- https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c795qgejzpxo https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cy4wywnrdd8o https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c1jkw18e19jo Rot in pieces Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, "El Mencho", 59. I didn't think this day would ever happen.
