  1. Shit, I should have just condensed this into one comment, but every time I see a preview for Draft Day, I cringe. It looks like a sports movie made by people with no understanding of sports. The best comparison I can make is any time DeNiro or whoever talks about the Iggles in Silver Linings Playbook. It seems so forced and fake. Draft Day looks a lot like that, except that's over the course of an entire movie. The referencing of Twitter may be the biggest cringe inducing moment I've experienced this year. I felt so embarrassed. It's like every time my mom comments on a Facebook post of mine.

  2. I will argue that Woodbury was perfectly safe and the presence of Rick's group fucked everything up. I mean, sure, the Governor was insane, but Rick and his group basically used a machete to dispatch of him when they should have used a scalpel.

  3. Hunger Games: Catching Fire was fucking awesome. I was bored tonight and wanted to watch something. I saw The Hunger Games and didn't think much of it. I actually thought it was pretty boring. I don't know what changed with Catching Fire, but it was about 1000 times better. From beginning to end I loved it. Wow. Wow.

  4. Wow. Frozen is really good. Maybe the most entertaining music in a Disney film that I've seen in a long time. The Anna character also made me laugh more than just about any other Disney character. My only problem was the first time Olaf speaks and I discover it's Josh Gad doing the voice. Goddammit I hate Josh Gad.

  5. After Aziz's bit about USA Network shows, I can't look at any of those shows the same way again.

Related note, I saw Aziz live a couple weeks ago and was sad that there were no new Harris bits, but the entire hour plus was really good new material.

  6. Not to mention that Cameron probably has more than enough money to buy it back. I would much rather watch Cameron do more Terminator movies, than Avatar movies. I get he has an environmental message to deliver, but he could do the same with Terminator.
