SO what's ANYONE's thoughts on "LOS LUCHADORES"?!
I honestly thought this was some sorta tv commercial joke(---they same way I thought that Saturday Night Live was pulling a joke on it's audience when they aired the commercial for "Over the Top", you know, the ARM WRASSLIN movie. No shite, me and a few friends had stayed up late night and couldn't believe what were were watching, but it turned out to be true, oh yes...it was true.)
Anyways, back to the "LOS LUCHADORES"... anyone hope that this is a combination of EL Generico and someone else with top nocth madness and ability?!

Hey, power pop is still pop. I just found out about these guys; it's one of the Hanson brothers, James Iha, the bassist from Fountains of Wayne, and fucking BUN E. CARLOS~!
Yes! The entire Tinted Windows album is excellent. Was probably my favorite album from that year.
This was my favorite track. I hope they reunite to do another one someday.

My issue with Fox Sports Live was them trying to make absolutely everything funny. Comedy doesn't work that way, and sports broadcasts definitely don't work that way.
It reminds me of a story from one of the SportsCenter anchors in the ESPN book. Olbermann talked him into doing a show with no jokes whatsoever, and move up from there.

What is the purpose of voicing your opinion about a show you don't watch? Do you want others to join you in not watching? Do want people to sell you on why you should watch?
Perhaps to provoke discussion about how tired the booking is? To point out specifically why I refused to watch? Am I not to be allowed that right?

I'm on the other side of this, as WWE has finally gotten me to stop watching after over 25 years.WWE have been on fire this year & have been great in the last couple of months in particular. Do I love everything? No, of course not...but I never will. But we're half way through the eighth month of the year & I would already put 2013 above the last several years.
As I mentioned, I turned it on for a moment while cooking. As of late, I've been passing on the shows and just watching highlights afterwards. This week I didn't even bother with that.
