  1. Everyboy knows that Free Mode is utter chaos. Complete anarchy. Yet when doing a mission with people everybody is on the same page without any douchebaggery.

Today I did a job with two other folks, first try we get annihilated. Second try, everybody knew what to do. And this was without mics and we pulled it off without dieing once and everybody doing their part in the job.

I think GTA V could be part of some social experiment that we not aware of yet.

  2. Alright some spoiler-free thoughts:

    - Definitely enjoyed the story. Has some nice twists which you wouldn't expect in a Marvel movie.

    - Black Widow does Black Widowishy stuff. Which is cool.

    - Falcon is a surprisingly more useful character than I expected.

    - Whenever Winter Soldier shows up you know shit is about to go down. The people in audience reacted to pretty much everything. Plenty of badassery.

    - The action. Anyone was has seen the leaked first ten minutes knows what I mean. The movie is pretty much like that.

    - The comedy wasn't as cringe worthy as Thor 2.

As with pretty much every other Marvel movie there is a post-credit scene.

  3. So, I think I'm still a level 8 noob on GTA V since the last time I played, which was a few months ago after the release and before the massive glitch/money exploits. Is it still worth going into online mode? Right now it sounds I'm like a lamb going to the slaughter.

  4. I got all of Riddler trophies in all three games. AA's riddler trophies weren't that much of a chore to finish, but the pay-off was rather weak (although midly amusing). AC's was pretty cool with the hostage situations and actually, eventually fucking Riddler's shit up.

Origins was by far the weakest. Backtracking was done horribly (The Plaza Hotel and police station come to mind). The pay-off was even weaker than AA's. I still hope they will expand on Riddler's origins in the upcoming DLC.

  5. Anyone familiar with Universe mode? It seems to have improved a bit compared to 2013, but still there isn't a lot of variation when it comes to cut scenes. I only once had the option to select something (Hit him or leave the ring).

I know tampering with the rivalries and their matches will cause them to reset. But if I change a match that isn't a rivalry match does that still affect anything? I know WWE 2013 was very prone to little changes you would make (even changing attires could reset things in Universe mode).

  6. Origins is not on par with City and Asylum when it comes to gameplay. For the most part it's a glitchy rehash with poor level design (I mean the interiors of buildings, not the actual city). Still, I enjoyed it quite a lot and the story is pretty good.

Also enjoyed most of the boss fights, so I guess in that regard it is better than the previous installments.

  7. I think the dude has his merits in the current kid friendly WWE. He belongs in the same categorie as Kofi, Santino and R-truth. Decent guys, but not really that interesting anymore. In order for Ryder to truly recover he should have a complete make-over/gimmick overhaul. The guy is a pretty big dude (this surprised me a lot when I saw him at a house show a while ago) and has charisma. His wrestling isn't amazing, but I have seen worse performers. The dude has also shown he can make people care about his angles/matches if he doesn't have his legs cut out from under him..

To be honest I don't see a super serial heel not working for him.

  8. So far Bryan has had two legit highlight reel moments on Raw that will end up on montages and dvd's for the next few years. That's two more moments than any other superstar on the roster. I personally thought it was a 'beer truck'-caliber moment.

And to whoever said that the current product reminds them of the New Generation era, I completely agree. There's definitely a shift between old and new stars. I think the WWE hasn't been this good in years.

  9. I always thought Seth Rollins was god awful on the mic (in ROH and in the early days of the Shield). His whiny voice really did it for me.

But last Thursday he really showed how much he has improved. He really carried that segment and was pretty damn good. Slowly becoming the all-rounder in the Shield. I can see him getting a Jeff Hardy/Edge like run later on in his carreer.

  10. I somehow get the feeling the Arkham series can't do without the Joker. He's been the central focus of every game even when it was hinted we would deal with a different villain (Black Mask, Hugo Strange, Ra's Al Ghul). I get the feeling we will get another red herring, but it will end up being the Joker in some shape or form.

  11. Finished 30 years of Wrestlemania last night. Couldn't manage to hit all objects in the Cena/Orton/HHH triple threat. Hitting that punt takes fucking forever.

The one thing I mainly got out of this game is how unbelievably skippable the last ten Wrestlemania's were. As for the mode itself, some strange choices for matches that you have to recreate. The mode gets progressively worse after each 'era' and the Universe era is just plain boring (except for the Undertaker matches).

  12. What the fuck is this shit? Where's Piper? His model is a guest ref at WM X, but he isn't DLC or anywhere else. Lame!

I must say 30 years of WM is pretty dope up untill the Ruthless Aggression era. I started to lose interest after WM 18.

  13. Wrestlemania 17 is still the best and my favorite.

Secretly I have the fondest memories of Wrestlemania 16. First PPV I ordered with my own hard earned cash. Watched it with my bro and cousin. My brother was so sure Foley would win, my cousin had the Big Show as the underdog and I was rooting for The Rock. I remember the collective hissy fit we threw when LOLHHHWINS happened.

  14. Shield vs Wyatts is the most interesting thing going on the WWE right now. Both teams are booked so well. I don't want either team to lose or break up.

I fucking hate Bray's white pants though.

  15. I love the fact I called the crowd turning on Batista only a few weeks after his debut and you guys were all like "naaah dude, he's was awesome before he left". Ya'll marks don't know shit. ;)

Really enjoyed the three main matches on the show. All for different reasons. The brogue kick through the pod was pretty damn cool, the crowd chanting "Pussy" as well. Also like the fact that the WWE can't hide behind the "Bizzaro land" argument.
