I had some fun out of Fight Forever, but it’s definitely for the hardcore AEW fan. If you’ve played road to elite twice, it kind of gets repetitive (unlike for example No Mercy’s story mode).
Still haven’t unlocked Brodie or Big Show (or Owen). Doubt if I ever will. I play a match once or twice if I have some down time, but the game definitely missed out on some simple tweaks to the match options (dq’s, count-outs, elimination option, two out of three, etc)

AEW TV really helped me through the weekend with my 6 month old baby not wanting to sleep during the night. Binge watch wrestling while sleep depraved is something else though.
So the Righteous… of the all the ROh teams to push. They chose the Wyatt family light team? The music, the look, the pose they do. It all looks like a shitty tribute act. I don’t know, maybe they did it first. But having the Hardyz job so easily to them just seems wrong.

Really dug Malakai’s Behemoth style and Brody’s Corpse face paint. Buddy is definitely the odd man out in the group. Replace him with The Butcher.

They've also posted some specifics about how health and momentum work and put up some PC mods to change them.
That Twitter account is great. Never knew how in-depth the mechanics of the old AKI games were.

That parking lot brawl was some violent shit. Loved it.
Also love the fact Chuck was rocking some old Best Friends merch (and also an underrated shirt in terms of wrestling merch). It even has Statlander and Yuta on it. Speaking of which, Yuta just needs and absolute whooping.

I think you need to put the pointy thing under OC to win. I lost the first round even though he easily spotted him. Second and third round I used the pointy thing and won.

Finished RtE with my bootleg HHH CAW by squashing the Bucks in a 2 on 1 match thus becoming EVP of AEW. I already brutally beat up Cody, but lost to him by Dusty finish. Then I squashed Kenny. Honestly you cant make this up.

Man, that tag match was wild. What other company does this stuff on free TV.
Couldn’t give two hoots about any of the matches afterwards. The opener took everything out of me and honestly Starks does very little for me. Effeminate bootleg Rock.
I do like the fact that collision is a very structured show so far. Every wrestler that appeared since it’s debut has progressed in it’s feuds/storylines.

Playing Road to Elite with my bootleg HHH CAW. Tag matches are a mess, but so far enjoying the game as a whole.
It definitely is an homage to the old AKI games of the N64 era. It’s nowhere near the legendary status those games have, but right now this game definitely scratches my wrestling game itch.

I’ll say it once and I’ll say it again: PUSH BIG BILL.
Dude looks like a stud. Simple but effective move-set which mashes well with 90% of the roster. Needs a bit more character work though, now he is just a tall big dude.
I honestly think he is one of the few ex-WWE superstars who is truly better in AEW.-

This shit sucks. We need the separate show threads back! My dvdvr brethren usually decide for me if I watch Rampage or not. Quick glance through the thread and I knew if it was worth my time. Also makes the shows easier to discuss.

Sounds like a sales pitch to me. I’m positive I’ve seen that head crank or some of the suplexes before. I’m not buying it whatever Uno said. WWE Yukes only started using motion captured moves a few years ago, some of these animations pre-date that. I’ve played countless of hours of WWE games since high school and college, I know I’m right.

Best wrestling show this week. Haven’t seen ZSJ wrestle in ages, glad he finally got some meat on them bones. Always felt that the walking talking toothpick look held him back.

Nope, I feel Jade will get to 100. Maybe they’ll Goldberg her record with house shows/dark matches.
Best Friends can’t seem to catch a break. Their last big notable feud was against Kip Sabian and Miro, but ever since they just put on good matches and lose. Even OC is slowly distancing himself from them.

Love the Continental Classic, definitely seperates AEW from WWE with the shenanigans dialed down to a minimum. I predict Swerve winning the thing, but if this leads to a Brody King push I am all for it.
