Meltzer mentioned recently that there was no no-compete clause in his contract which expires around Summerslam.
Wouldn't you just have him wrestle at Summerslam, if for no other reason than diminishing the hype of any eventual big return elsewhere?

Valentine over Steamboat at Mania IV was ridiculously short-sighted. Savage getting his win back over Steamboat in the second round would have been huge.

In honor of the original winner of that tournament, Molly Holly, you can still have Elizabeth as the figure head on the trophy. Lanny Poffo can be the guest ring announcer, Lex Luger can present the trophy to the winner, as per probable requests in his will ("Lanny will tell you over....and....over.....and over again yeahhhh you know what you did yeah. Dig it."), before being locked in a room in the basement until the conclusion of the show.

If you consider that Rousey (given the talk of her being a full timer) is probably going to follow the template of where Bryan vs Authority was going post-Mania, I could easily see them throwing Nia at her in the Kane role, building up to Asuka as Lesnar.
I agree its the money match now, but five months of both of them exchanging awful promos is going to dent that severely.
If you could change the finish to any Wrestlemania match which would it be?

Yeah, history says face Austin feuding with HHH and Angle post Mania is better than Taker/Kane.
If they turn him during the Invasion, so be it.
Austin beating Scott Hall at Mania x8 kinda killed the NWO dead well before the Hogan stuff later in the show.
