Doesn't look like that ever happened on Nitro.
13.10.97 - Steiners beat Syxx/Hall for the titles with Zybysko as the guest ref, which I think gets reversed the week after?
7.7.97 has Steiners vs Horseman for about 9 mins?

Would have been an awesome throwback character too.
Mohammad Hassan might have stuck around, had he hired Sheik Tugboat to crash through the wall and surprise attack the Undertaker rather than y'know, the Islamic terrorists with ski masks on attempting to kill him with piano wire.

Such a weird timeline too.
Stays around as a JTTS in the WWF til about 1993
4 month run in WCW as the Shockmaster
Jumps back to WWF, stays there for 5 months. Has a brief feud with Yokozuna.
Effectively retired at 38. -

Thanks muchly for that. Guess I can safely say fuck ROH then.

Sorry guys - another Wrestlemania weekend related question.
All the indy shows running that weekend - any idea what is actually being scheduled to finish/start at a time deliberately so you can feasibly see both shows back to back or before/after HOF/NXT?
-
Yep, fuck that kid.
No business being shirtless. Even Jared the Subway Guy would have agreed with that.

Yep, awesome tag title match. Can't wait to watch that again.

Where did you buy them from? I got centered seats in plaza section for $313 each (including fees/taxes) on ticketmaster.
4 years in a row now.
Yep, ticketmaster. Same as you. P06.

Mania tickets booked.
Even though I have no idea exactly what the $350 was for exactly. May as well be in next suburb.

Was stupid enough to think the tour packages would last - sold out very early in the piece. Now have an awful hotel booked, and hoping to stay up till 2am on Fri night/Sat morning to procure tickets.
Is WWE's site always this awful? Been trying to figure out how to individually procure NXT, RAW, SD, HOF, etc but their site is just not working on several browsers. Also - coming from overseas so if anyone has any recommendations (hitting up NO, LV and LA afterwards), I'm all ears.

I kinda want it to be Savio Vega now.

Panthers 41 seconds of game time from being 7-2.
Fuck this season. Although realistically was bracing myself for another crucial Gano miss, and had not been more excited for a forced retirement since Macho King Randy Savage at WM7.- 1

Philly....again.

Did Linda McMahon win the election yet?

Curry's record is a nice wallpapering over them nearly getting rolled by a 0-6 Pelicans after losing by 20 to the Lakers.
Watching a replay of that Lakers game again last night. He dogs it on D big time, and feel that Klay's slump has much to do with Curry's options on offense being to either shoot or clear space and act as a none too subtle decoy, rather than being able to give Klay any good looks himself. 5.9 APG compared to 6.8 career is difficult to tell a story - would be interested to see a breakdown of that stat - how many good 3 point looks is he giving his teammates?
As crazy as it sounds, I'd let him go at the end of the season/or at least offer far less than what other teams are going to. Surely a Charlotte return is in the mix?

Howard
Hibbert
Boozer
Lin
Nash
Never forget. -
That New Day record is going to feel really empty considering they've dropped every major feud this year - League of Nations, Wyatts, Club etc
-
Thought the main event was set up poorly and basically told a story of Sasha not being able to hang with Charlotte in that environment or when it matters. The finish really lacked the necessary drama too. Scott Hall and Bret have done similar finishes with much better selling of the situation.
I liked Rusev/Reigns, that was pretty good, albeit an ordinary ending.

Guy posting on a wrestling messageboard to tell everyone he's not watching WWE anymore.
That gimmick hasn't been done before.

OKC probably get out of jail here, but that was a dog of a last shot of the game from Westbrook.

Feb 26 2001.
Booker/DDP/The Cat vs Steiner/Totally Buff is an awesome 6 man tag.
I do recommend.

Oh man, I remember that Aguila/Super Loco match on an episode of RAW in late 97.
There was a huge fucking botched spot. Can't remember what, but what Lawler just wet himself laughing about it for the rest of the match.

....its like they rewatched the Invasion of 2001 and thought, "Yeah, that was well thought out. Let's do that"
