Who the hell is going to choose a pep talk from The Miz when Frank Costanza and Machete are options? The Miz would be my last choice from that list.
Shit, I don't even know who the girl on the top right is and I'd still choose her before the Miz.
Ron Perlman would be #1, though.

Isn't Graves a tattoo artist or something in real life?
Piercer.
So he can go chill in some dungeons with his cloaker buddies.

Jon kind of looks like Bret nowadays. Or vice versa.

You don't have a smartphone? How is that even possible!?!
The only phone I have plugs into the wall.
On a wrestling-related note, is there a more burnt out pairing than Del Rio/Sheamus? It seems like just yesterday they were wrestling twice a week and on pay-per-views.

So, if the upcoming Wrestle-1 show in Japan goes off as advertised, then TNA just crossed another "WCW Achievement" off the list:
June 20th – Austin Aries defeats Sanada to become champion
June 25th – Austin Aries vacates the title to challenge Lashley at Destination X
June 27th – Samoa Joe beats Low-Ki and Sanada in a triple threat match to become champion
July 6th – Sanada defends the X-Division title against The Great Muta at Wrestle-1
July 17th – match with Austin Aries winning the title actually airs on TV
I would love it if Muta double-crosses TNA and books himself to win the X-Division title on July 6th
It's not about weight limits, it's about NO LIMITS~!
Which makes me wonder why Master P was never brought in as a challenger.
Hootie-hoo!

All I know is I see people saying Ryder is boring and Del Rio is entertaining and I start to worry if I hit my head and don't remember it.

They were bringing in Brian Cage, they could go get the Monster Mafia to add another tag team, or anyone else. But no, instead it's more WWE rejects. That is just how it seems to me, given their history of doing so.
See, when guys haven't been on WWE TV for years, it's kind of unfair to rag on TNA for hiring "WWE wrestlers." At some point they have to just be "wrestlers" again, especially since we can't assume they're all making Sting money.

I have no earthly idea - as someone who's not terribly invested in the current product - how neither of these guys are currently pushed. Particularly ADR. He's basically a perfect WWE wrestler. Great offense, great seller, tremendous facials. What am I missing here?
He's boring.
So, so boring.

I showed that force-choke-slam to my girlfriend and she and I both dug it.
Takes all kinds, I guess.

Snitsky? Can't keep AJ, Daniels, Sabin or Kazarian but can bring in another ex-WWE mid carder? Why do I care in 2014 about Snitsky beating up Tommy Dreamer?
To be fair, I imagine Snitsky is making a fair bit less than the others were asking
True, true. If it were just Jackson, who I felt had potential, then I could understand but it feels so cliche of them at this point to bring in a Snitsky type wrestler.
See, I feel the opposite. Jackson doesn't bring anything to the table Lashley doesn't, really, whereas Snitsky at least has crazy/gross going for him. Although they have lots of that on the roster already...

Shaw is a babyface now?
He's claiming he's gotten better. Presumably this is a set-up.

On a related note, I like Jeff Jarrett's TNA theme music. Well, the opening at least. A lot of TNA's themes have some pretty good openings (Kurt's, Abyss's).
I wonder if they've got any in-house music developers in the database. Maybe I should drop them a line...

Look at that 3LK vs. Team Canada match. Three future TNA champs, a guy who went on to main event a couple of pay per views in the WWE, and... A1.

All these PWG gifs make me really bitter that the multi-disc set I got of theirs won't play in any of my dvd players. Not a single disc.

I thought I read somewhere that Davey was considered a bit of a joke by fans in Japan?

On that tip, god I wish the other 20ish songs Trent Reznor and Zach De La Rocha did together would see the light of day.
I'd rather see Tapeworm get finished, personally.
How about the two follow-ups to Bowie's 1. Outside?

Replace Hawkins with JTG.
Always a sound decision.

I liked the Angle/Anderson feud. And really, Anderson right up until the TNA effect kicked in and he was robbed of his will to live. I know he's not popular around here, but how could you hate this promo?

What does Jerry Estrada have to do with that gif anyway? Have I missed something? That's Kaz Hayashi splatting himself on the concrete.
Jerry just about killed himself doing something similar. By some accounts, his life now is pretty sad.
Didn't know that. Thanks. I want to say Hayashi took years off his career with that bump, but... Hayashi's still active at age 41.
Didn't Estrada do it on a regular basis though?

I have to admit, I love this spot.

Bah, multiple sides are outdated. How about they wrestle on a Möbius strip instead?
I've long been an advocate of a one-sided ring myself.
Didn't Nash invent the X Division in one of those?
-
Where did this come from?
-
He looks like Christian York if he found a de-ageing formula.

It depends. If it serves as a title, much like "Lord" in Lord Steven Regal, then it's a noun; however, it can also be considered an adjective in this case.
