I can see him going to Miami unless the Bucks back the truck up to his door. I'm sure he'd rightfully get shit for going to Miami though not sure how objective I'd be in that situation. For some reason I don't see him in GS unless I'm missing something.

They do have the number two pick to offer in a trade. That’s the only thing I can think of for why they’d be in the running for him.

I'm not sure if Janela & Kiss really are the next "big" project for Jericho. Between his programs with Moxley, The Elite and Orange Cassidy, he also had little stuff with Scorpio Sky, Jungle Boy und Pineapple Pete. Janela and Kiss to transition from one big feud to the next sounds fine to me. When he's done with that, I'd like to see Jericho revisit Jungle Boy or Scorpio Sky. Both of them don't really have anything meaningful to do beside beeing featured regulary as quite good wrestlers.

I’d be fine with either of those two as his next feud. If I had to pick I’d lean towards Scorpio Sky as it seems like Jungle Boy has longer to develop, and become a mega star.

Hell if they hadn’t rushed into his first title shot, and loss I think a feud with MJF and Le Champion would’ve been a good feud too. It would have established MJF better than getting a title shot for beating a glorified job squad of opponents, and also let him show more of his vicious side in ring wise.

Speaking of Jericho, I don't know what to make of him attempting to put over Sonny and Janela. I've never thought Janela was any good from a workrate standpoint. He's a sawed off, sloppier version of Lenny Lane who was himself a knock off of Jericho. He's fine as a garbage wrestler though.

Sonny, I'm still not sure about. I want to hear her talk first to see if that same charisma in body language transfers over to the mic. Fairly athletic, has a good muscular body, a good look, , but I still don't know what to think about in ring ability. The Cody match was good though.

All I’ve seen of Sonny outside of AEW was the last couple of seasons of Lucha Underground. So like you I haven’t really formed a solid opinion yet.

But Janela screams waste of time, and definitely should not be the next “project” for Jericho.

I like Jericho wanting to work with younger guys, but at least pick ones that have potential, and not just a garbage wrestler. I keep waiting for he or Sammy to turn on the other as that feels like an actual money feud, and one that will firmly establish Sammy as a Main Eventer.

Nope. I’m saying your fandom sucks.

Whatever dude. I didn’t say I like the Clippers (which I don’t). All I said was I like Kawhi (as my posting history will show) then you proved you’re unwilling to make an account bet that you have a high probability of losing.

But keep talking up how clutch both you and your team are. Just like when you somehow found a narrative that my team should have swept the Clippers (oh but that’s not wavering on your beloved Westbrick). Face it you only wanted my team to win, because you thought they’d be easier to beat in the West Finals. Even I thought the Mavs should have won 3 of the first 4 at most with better officiating (Game 1 with the unfair ejection of Kristaps being the game we were robbed).

I believe he personally licensed The Hulk name from Marvel comics about 15 years ago. But my point was more about guys using gimmick names in setting that actors wouldn't

I get your point, and I’m sorry if I hijacked it on you. I was just curious on the whole Hulk Hogan name rights portion (as to whether he or Vince owned it).

this is on of the really unique things about wrestling. Kinda goes back to Hulk Hogans Gawker lawsuit (with Terry Bollea appearing on the Howard Stern show as Hulk Hogan). Sylvester Stallone doesn't do appearances or press as Rocky Balboa or John Rambo but Hulk Hogan or in this case Big E usually appear in public in character

In Hogan’s case doesn’t he own the rights to the Hulk Hogan name anyhow? I know he was able to have a different company release action figures of him despite WWE having a deal with Mattel.

Plus the figures (if I’m not mistaken) were released at a time when he was no longer under a WWE legends or performer deal.

Hey psycho....I’m doing a bit. You get it? If I was trying to put myself off as some insider I wouldn’t be calling myself the shadow you dumbass.

Now you...you got issues. You stalked me like you have you have me as one of your love interests. Just to let you know pal I’m not interested.

You spend half your posts talking about me which means I have made an impact on your life I guess but maybe you should pick up another hoppy because you are a bit on the obsessive side don’t you think?

    lol.

Calm the hell down. I know you’re doing a bit, and I’m just giving you crap about how stale and silly your bit has become. Especially when you make as many posts as you did this week about a fake stable that never debuted. If you’d posted it once then yeah it would be funny, but you kept doubling down repeatedly on it.

And no I’m not interested in you or any other internet troll, but thanks.

As for half my posts referencing you that’s not even close to true, but whatever helps you sleep better in bed with your mommy at night. As for picking up another hoppy I don’t really fancy a beer, but since I’ll assume even a moron such as yourself meant hobby I don’t need one. Commenting on a wrestling promotion I enjoy, and calling out a troll is fun.

And nice lol at the end. Very mature, and a good way to prove you’re an adult and not just some teenage loser who only recently got internet access.

Very disappointed with Tony Khan's defense of that match and saying Matt Hardy passed concussion protocol. I wonder what protocol that is.

It’s pretty bad when a retail company has better concussion protocol than a major wrestling company. But I can say from first hand experience that I know of at least one company that has much better protocol than AEW. Then again the retailer in question is a corporation so they probably don’t want a lawsuit if any of us got hurt worse.

MJF & FTR are turning on Wardlow after MJF wins his AEW World Championship right there in the middle of the ring before PPV turns to black.

Remember Moxley saying in a promo 2 weeks ago MJF was hiding something?

Remember MJF stating the name Tully Blanchard in the contract signing with Moxley?

FTR & MJF both speak of old school wresting...this is the Apocalypse forming.

Wardlow gets smashed at All Out and his bloodied body will laying on the mat alongside Moxley and Hangman Page who attempt to save Moxley from the ultimate beat down at the end of the World Championship match.

Wardlow is going to be laying in a pool of blood...his own.

So let’s see how the Wonderful, and All Knowing Shadow did with this post:

MJF & FTR together at the end of All Out: Nope

Wardlow being turned on by MJF at All Out: Nope

MJF winning the world title at All Out: Nope

    The supposed Apocalypse debuting: Nope

Warlord bloodied at All Out: Nope

So congratulations again All Knowing, and Powerful Shadow. Your predictions continue to stink, yet you still claim to know inside information.

BTW where’s my credit for telling you and everyone else who the Exalted One was before he debuted? MavsFan knows and remembers.

100%. In a vacuum I would much prefer guys land into crash pads or whatever. I'm just mad that they felt that that particular bump was so necessary to happen, regardless of the possible state of one of the competitors. Honestly though, I'm pretty much done with wrestlers falling from high places in general. Unless you have someone legit trying to murder Vic Grimes or peak Mick Foley, it never looks as cool as they imagine it looks.

I can't imagine that Matt Hardy is so integral to their future plans that they can't work around a Loser Leaves Town stip by calling the match there. I think Matt could be a fantastic Charlie Brown from Outta Town

Or hell the stip was Matt Hardy would leave AEW. Couldn’t they just bring him back as Damascus if they really needed to? Since that’s a character he’d already introduced, and that is supposedly separate from Matt.

Only one who comes away good from the shameful Matt Hardy/Sammy Guevara match is referee Aubrey Edwards who stopped the match as Matt was out but was overruled. Well done, Aubrey.

How the doctor or anyone in management thought letting him continue with a serious head injury was the right or safe thing to do is beyond me.

I get that maybe Matt wanted to continue, but that’s when you tell him no, and get him taken to the hospital.

Hell my own job is nothing like this, but last December when I suffered a concussion my boss did the professional thing, and insisted I go home for the day, get checked out by a doctor or the hospital (whichever I chose), and not return to work again until I’m fully cleared. Even though I insisted I’d finish out my shift.

Other than World Tag Team Match and Women’s World Championship match this was a brutal performance by AEW. This was their worst night of their existence and it’s a good thing they didn’t put this performance on last year or they might not be around anymore.

I’ll let you guys get into all the botches but having Moxley, Lee and FTR as your 3 champions (Men’s) coming out of this PPV only adds to the heat AEW deserves to get after this horrific event.

I have confidence AEW will rebound but they took 2 steps backwards this evening.

But but. I thought you love FTR. Aren’t they supposedly part of the Apocalypse???

Oh wait your boy MJF jobbed, Miro never debuted, and you’re still trying to act like an insider? Get out of here with that BS.

  13. So with Dr. Britt being moved to the PPV (and rightfully so) what match do you guys think gets bumped to the Buy In?

Based on Tony’s previous comments about wanting to have a match on there to hype people for the PPV I’d say the Casino Battle Royal would be the ideal choice. I don’t see any way the 8 man tag would work in that spot, and The Young Bucks shouldn’t be bumped to the Buy In either even if their match would probably be the ideal choice.

Just like the supposed pool of blood we were going to see at the contract signing that never happened?

I’m pumped for All Out anyhow, but I’m even more pumped to come into this thread, and see how hard you backtrack when your fictional little Apocalypse doesn’t happen, and Mox retains the title.

Then it will be proven once again that The Shadow knows even less than he thinks.

    ? ? ?

Thank you for supplying me with my laugh for the week.

As for who guards your duo I hope you were being facetious, because if you weren’t it’s obvious my least favorite player on either team is gonna guard Harden. You know the guy who thought he wouldn’t win five, six, or seven rings and ran out of Miami the moment the going got hard.

Then again said guy is 1-0 in the playoffs against Harden and Westbrook.

I’d assume if he plays tomorrow night that Rondo is guarding Westbrook. Which should get lively on both ends of the court (since neither guy will shut up the entire 48 minutes).

Porzingis is out again. Very bad break for the Mavericks.

I wonder about Porzingis long term health going forward.

I think there’s a better chance of Samoa Joe getting to be WWE champion than there is of Kristaps ever surviving a full season/playoffs. Which breaks my heart as the Mavs chances of winning a title without him are basically slim an none (unless Seth somehow turns into Steph Curry 2.0).

How dare you insinuate The Clippers are somehow better than my Mavs good sir. ?

Especially after the other day when you made a bold statement (that I wouldn’t have even posted) about how if the refs were better my team would have swept LA. Personally I think we should be up 3-1 (Game 1 being the game we got robbed for sure), but hey I’m happy with a 2-2 split now.

What chance in % are you giving your guys to beat the Lakers in the next round (if they survive this series)? Honestly I’d rather have had Denver up 3-1 on Utah instead of what that is as I think Dallas would have a much easier time against Denver.

Didn't Seth add that gimmick first? I think that's the case. Regardless, neither one is stealing that bit from the other so whatevs.

Re: who wore it better, I'd say Seth based purely on the outfits in the pictures you posted. But maroon suit Brodie is a big step up and puts Seth to shame.

Seth did add the gimmick first, but it’s more fun for AEW fans to pretend WWE stole it.

So has nobody noticed how Drew Gulak's gear looks awfully Confederate Flag-ish?

Looks like they're building for a hair vs hair match between Mandy and Sonya. I wonder who could possibly be losing that one?

I noticed, but I thought it was just me. It’s nice to see it’s not. My mind immediately went to why is Gulak wearing confederate flag trunks?
