Matt doesn't do a sieg heil, but a lot of the fans tend to. Partially because there isn't really space to go sideways.

Yeah Matt is swinging his arm so wildly he's never really stopping at point close to it, whereas the fans, presumably in an effort not to smack their neighbors' heads, basically just go from bent elbow to arm extended outward.

I'm torn between listing out all the names and instead letting people go "wait, is that?" so I'll split the difference and put the names in a spoiler:

    Spoiler

Front row, left to right: Super Dragon, Doug Williams, Bryan Danielson, Scoot Andrews, AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Vinnie Massaro
Middle row: Kazarian, Brian Kendrick, Kinji Shibuya, Lo Ki, Dick "The Destroyer" Beyer, Jardi Frantz
Back Row: Pepper Gomez, Red Bastien, Nick Bockwinkel, Adam Pearce, Samoa Joe, Bison Smith, Donovan Morgan

  3. So, I have one (relatively minor) gripe with Gargano/Ciampa: The exposed turnbuckle. When you set something like that up and don't come back to it later, it's Chekhov's Gun. There was a false finish that occurred (I think with the first time of getting the Gargano Escape locked in) that I could totally have bought if it weren't for the fact that that turnbuckle was still sitting there before someone went into it. It didn't need to be exposed as early as it was.

Which is just to say that it wasn't a perfect match. It was a fucking great one, and it's right up there with the Almas match for MOTY to date.

That's a pretty classy response from Cody.  To me it always seemed like it was an amicable split from WWE and tweets like that show it to be the case.  Plus if he was there there's be lots of unnecessary rumors that could potentially take away from the final.

Yeah, folks can go back on forth on him as a performer, but he's clearly got his head screwed on straight.

  5. He probably is. Not getting cleared (and occasionally questionable booking decisions) aside, he's had a great relationship with the company, his wife and her family have a ton of ties to the company, and them wanting him to wrestle less rather than more will probably make whatever parenting situation he and Brie figure out a lot easier. Meanwhile, he's been gone long enough that even matches he's had in his pre-WWE days (e.g. Owens/Zayn) are fresh.
