AJ Burnett is signing with the Phillies
I would have like to see Burnett stay in Pittsburgh but $16 million for a guy who might be their #3 pitcher and shaky in playoff games is a bit much. For maybe the first time the Pirates were actually smart in their cheapness

Well you knew it would happen eventually with a fan but I believe the little spikey hair kid copped a feel on Natalya on her entrance

Yeah if you got the time, definitely check out the 65 minute Trevor Lee vs Andrew Everett 2 out of 3 falls match from CWF Mid Atlantic. This match really does have everything with insane flippy action, Trevor Lee kneeing and kicking the shit out of people, solid mat work in the beginning.
I would think if more people watch it then it could be up there in the match of the year candidates:

Planning on watching the CWF Atlantic February 2014 show tonight. The main event features a 65 minute match featuring Andrew Everett and Trevor Lee. everett is one of the best up and coming high flyers in the US and Trevor Lee really needs to start blowing up in other areas becuase he probably should be more noticed. Look forward to seeing it.

I like the question to Bryan and Dave asking if Zack Ryder has to drop his internet title because he hasn't defended it in about a year

I don't get the Hogan/Jessica Eye comment. Although the whole story with her and the Kaufman fight and her suspension seems to be a confusing mess

And what the hell was Orton doing with all the talking in the ring. He has never in the past acting like he talks to the voices inside his head. I am assuming that the crowd really really gets on his nerves

Guys, we are going to talk about the big obvious controversey that will be rocking the IWC all week, right?
Betty White trolling Vince with Panda earrings. I mean, damn.
Well it is either talk about this or about the New Age Outlaws trying to treat Betty White like a 1999 Philly hotel ring rat with the drink. Obviously Betty is well aware when someone is trying to run a train on her

Not to mention that this is such a dead-ass time for sports that Fox (and any other content providers) would be begging for as many live events as they can get.
I am not sure when the actual prelims are but we are in the heat of college basketball season. I would think Fox sports 1 would rather have a Big East game on.
They at least decided to sync their UFC TV app with Fight Pass so at least their are more options besides sitting near your computer. Their ROKU channel is still the old version so hopefully they do update that

I should root for the United States in curling today but those pants on Norway deserve to be around in future rounds

Watching the alpine skiing tonight and I am not sure who is correct here: the skiers like Bode Miller who are saying that you don't play it really aggressive that is extremely dangerous almost life threatening or the reporters saying that they love this course and are raving about it
I will say the idea of going almost 85 miles per hour and then taking a jump about 80 yards downhill is completely terrifying to me

Snowgoons? Dang, nobody else around here has even heard of them.
Speaking of ridiculous merch, I want them to bring back thumb wrestlers.
Love how almost all of them look like King Kong Bundy in outfits

If it is going to be like Classics on Demand where most of the stuff has an expiration date, I hope it has a much longer shelf life than Classics did which was mostly 2 weeks and sometimes less than that. I don't use Netflix so I don't know how it is currently used but i know that movies and TV shows on demand usually have at least a 2 or 3 month shelf life

I do like that Ashley Wagner. She has the Tonya Harding spunk to her with the Nancy Kerrigan looks and style that seems to be more important than actual ability

I do hate that the 4 letter is making a huge deal out of the super fan flipping off and dropping a F bomb on a Texas A&M player a couple years ago. If that is considered "over the line" then I would have been banned from most arenas in the DC/Maryland area

I decided to catch up on NXT to get ready for the 2/27 show on the Network by watching the shows since September and I must say that I don't really get the praise for Paige. Granted this period I was watching was after after she won the title so I should go back more to watch that. But when I see Paige in the ring I think a WWE diva trying to be MsChif from the indies who I have seen for years. As a wrestler Paige might be better (although she really does overkill with the throwing her opponent to the ropes move) but as a character is doesn't really seem natural.
My opinion on Leo Kruger and Rik Viktor has improved though. From the little I saw I thought Kruger and Viktor was all gimmick and in the Ascension case a really awful gimmick but they are pretty solid wrestlers.
I will agree that CJ Parker is complete shit and really the only guy/girl on the roster that is fast forward worthy.
The dynamic between Regal and Renee Young is great. Ever work with a really attractive woman and you are desperately trying to be professional but meanwhile you are thinking about her in completely inappropriate ways. That is Regal perfectly
And yes Bo Dallas is awesome heel. Don't think it will work on RAW or Smackdown but perfect for NXT

The fact that people are calling him "the #1 Texas Tech super fan" makes me want to support Smart more because he is getting off on all the attention and those kind of fans are usually the most unstable
That being said the powder keg of Marcus Smart has been brewing for a while.

That one US female figure skater looks kind of creepy with that nose and facial structure. Like a walking breathing Pixar character

Interesting article on WWE.com about how Ring of Honor has influenced them with the stars that were created there. I can't remember an indy getting this much pub from one of the big companies. Something tells me that when Sinclair eventually gets rid of ROH that they might swoop them up for the library

I really loved the Miz's entrance at WM in Atlanta. Helps that I was a huge NAS fan but the song and video really told described the Miz perfectly at the time
And then the bell rang and the match stunk

Yeah they were aired closed circuit at arenas, movie theaters, and maybe bars. Don't know if you could watch Starcade or WM on one of those monster size satellite dishes at home but I figure you could given there size.
Not really related but I saw Wrestlemania 1 on free TV when I was a kid in West Virginia because the closed circuit location in Pittsburgh had problems and couldn't air it. People we so pissed off that Vince decided to show it on a local channel. Not sure if it was the full version though

Yeah it would be interesting to see how much of Over the Limit 99 is shown and weird it is going to look if it is edited heavily
Technically they kept their word but I was hoping that some pre Barely Legal ECW shows would make the list. But they are house shows. I figure they will get added every now and then. Also I guess the Crockett Cup and Great American Bash 85, 86, and 87 are considered "tape releases" and not PPV shows.

I just wonder who is going to be the live band at Yankee Stadium in the last home game.
