My all boys team was trash. The only three games we won all season was against my sister's mixed team, whom we narrowly beat twice and was very personally satisfying because my sister was an all around superior athlete to me in every respect, and an all girls team whom we fucking DESTROYED.

The Jericho criticism is bullshit. Everyone he’s feuded with has benefited from it. The only exception is Eddie Kingston, and he recovered eventually. The real Jericho kiss of death is being in a stable with him.

Something I was thinking about. Everyone agrees that AEW has too many fucking belts, but if you don't count NXT and ROH, they actually have the same number of titles as WWE*. They're even grouped the same:
- 4 men's singles titles
- 2 women's singles titles
- 2 tag belts
The tag belts are a little different because AEW has a Trios title instead of a Women's tag, but it's still the same number of championships over the same hours of weekly TV. The real problem is that there are 7 ROH titles to NXT's 4 and the ROH titles are all over the main show. That and most of WWE's belts have been around for decades and Tony Khan busts out a new championship every six months.
*I'm counting belts defended together (WWE/Universal and the Raw/Smackdown tag belts) as one. I also forgot about the FTW belt but decided not to count it cause it's 'unofficial'

It's Swerve's time. Really, it was Swerve's time 3 months ago. It's a new AEW and your top babyface is Will Ospreay and your top heel is Kazuchika Okada, so if they don't pull the trigger on Swerve now it'll be too late real quick.

I think Garcia’s the right guy to beat Christian, but there’s no harm in letting it run a little longer. Let him run through Nick Wayne and Luchasaurus and have Edge help him even the odds for the big victory.
Swerve should’ve stayed heel and beat MJF.

Maybe when Sammy comes back he can turn heel on Jericho again.
I feel for Santana and Ortiz. The whole split with Jericho seemed set up to give them a big push but they ended up playing second fiddle to the Blackpool Combat Club, then Santana gets hurt in the cage and is out a year.

Disagreed. What killed Wardlow was the lack of direction or plan post-MJF feud. For months he was either not on TV or still squashing jobbers. Should've been defending the title in dominant but non-squash matches on a regular basis.
I was actually thinking how much more sense the Devil storyline would've made with Wardlow in the Samoa Joe role. Not that Wardlow is a better choice as champ than Joe, no one's making that argument, but in an alternate reality it could've worked.

I was working an indy show the weekend after the Vince limo angle and one of the ring crew guys was insistent that the stunt went wrong and Vince was actually dead. I wish I could've seen his reaction when Vince showed up in the ring the following Monday.

Friend of mine in high school ran into Captain Lou at a restaurant in the Flats in Cleveland. This would've been around 00-02.
He signed a bunch of coasters from the bar and my friend gave me one, which I still have.

I've gotten nosebleeds constantly my entire life and I never once lucked out and had it happen during a match.
